I went in today to order a smoothie because it is a pregnancy craving of mine. I was unsure of what I wanted, as a lot of customers wanted. I asked the cashier about a specific smoothie and she rudely stated, “if you wanted suggestions, you should’ve just said that.” I left the establishment because I am a paying customer that asked for help on a menu she works at. I have always had great customer service at this location and was shocked by the service I received. I will be escalating this further as this is not acceptable.

Love this location, I order a lot online (DoorDash) and pick it up so I don’t have to wait, however today I arrived to pick up my order and was told that someone else grabbed 1 of my 3 smoothies that I ordered. I asked how they knew my name and was told they can see the tickets on the counter so I would just like to make a suggestion that your employees should keep the tickets out of sight of customers and also maybe make customers show their receipt or order on their phone before they are allowed to take their order. I had to wait for them to make another smoothie, which I was in a hurry hence why I order online. The girls re-made my smoothie and apologized, handling everything appropriately. I would just like to make these suggestions to hopefully avoid this same mistake in the future

I have tried a couple of different flavors of smoothies and that’s about it. I can however tell you I only gave them four stars because I repeatedly asked for bigger cups and they still don’t have them because that’s how absolutely delicious they are. I give them a five, but I won’t write them a five.

I go every day! The staff are always very nice and informative. The wait is never really long. The smoothies are great, as well as the wraps! The only thing I suggest is a rewards program or a loyalty program to earn free smoothies.

Loved the buffalo chicken wrap. I was surprised that the fresh squeezed lemonade tasted nothing like lemonade.

Great service! The wraps are delicious. The ginger shots are absolutely perfect. The Matcha Match smoothie is the best matcha offered in the area. The options for immunity booster etc. you can have added in are excellent. Thanks for being the best smoothie stop around!

Came to pulp with my husband and we ordered two smoothies. I got my smoothie quite fast then the workers decided it was a good time to gossip when they start getting somewhat busy, complaining about how many people want smoothies rather than making the smoothies. It took 15 minutes for him to get his smoothie, finally after a worker asked what he was waiting on. Overall i would choose another pulp location. Drinks good tho.
