The staff is incapable of doing their job. We started ordering at the kiosk, but our gift card wasn’t working there so we had to go to the person cash desk. We ordered a salad and a sandwich, the gift card wasn’t working again (why do you have the option to put your card in your account when you really can’t use it online). We paid cash and after that we got 2 sandwiches, explaining that this is what we ordered, when in fact it was not. A little more customer oriented staff wouldn’t hurt. I love Panera bread, but this one doesn’t really exceed my expectations, or even close to them.

Everything there is really good but don’t go there hungry. I got a ciabatta cheesesteak, and there was hardly any meat. I paid $20 for a Coke and really good tasting bread. Rip-off.

Panera always has a great variety of excellent menu selections. The service is terrific, prompt and attentive. Plenty of comfortable seating at all times make visits a pleasure. Everything is clean and accommodating, from the free water cups to the well maintained restroom. They really know what keeps people coming back for more… And they have Great bread too!

I had a turkey and avocado BLT. The sandwich was huge. The turkey was exceptional the bacon left much to be desired. Would not have it on next time. Think comfortable location and atmosphere. A good stop for soup and sandwich

I like the soup and sandwich deals. Good coffee, nice place to sit with your computer. I often go there to have lunch and catch up on paperwork. Usually not crowded. Staff is friendly. Manager is friendly also. Very clean place.
