Overall, the atmosphere of the building was quite grand and big. Definitely has the ability to see a ton of people for large events or private events. Your food quality was OK. I had the Pullmans specialty bacon wrap tenderloin that was slightly overcooked but still very good. The square cheese curds were very good. The cheesecake at the end of the meal was also quite good. I expected a little higher on meal for where it was priced at the shrimp scampi pasta we ordered was less flavorful and dry than I expected. Their mixed drinks are average, but priced accordingly, so I have nothing to complain about the price and value match. Our waitress was great and now we consider the service to be on power.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Mind you, I’ve never left a review in my life and spent the last 20 minutes trying to figure out how to leave a review. That’s how bad this experience was. We came here on the coldest night of January and the restaurant was dead. Yet, we were seated right next the window when there were 15+ open tables available. Our waitress, despite an empty restaurant, did not check on us in a timely manner at all. We ordered three drinks, one was SPECIFICALLY a mocktail for a pregnant member of our party which was ordered off of the MOCKTAIL MENU. She first came to our table and began to ask us a question which lead nowhere as she could not find her words and ended up just walking away. She then brought three drinks to our table and said word for word “sorry I glitched”. We drank our drinks thinking nothing of it when the pregnant member of our group said she felt like her mocktail had alcohol in it. We confirmed this suspicion when we got our bill and noticed her mocktail was the same price as our cocktails. When we asked the waitress why the mocktail was the same price as the cocktails and word for word goes “A MOCKTAIL!?” Even though the drink was ordered right from the mocktail list. It was not in fact a mocktail and our pregnant friend drank a good portion of this drink. When we notified the waitress of this mistake she simply just took the drink off our bill as if that was enough to compensate for her error.

Pullman’s was a surprise. The building is huge! We went for a “linner” so not busy at all. Service was great- attentive and had good suggestions. I requested seating near an outlet, and they were knowledgeable of what seats would be within reach and happily accommodated my request. The food was prepared quickly.
*Lobster Bisque soup- good.
*Crab Rangoon Dip- needed a hint of sweetness added, but was HUGE! Would be great for a table of 4 or more.
*Steak sandwich & fries- typical. Good. Would recommend.
*Italian Melt & Sweet P. Fries- Very good. Super yummy sweet potato fries

Went here for a business party. The place is so fun to look at with the design and historical items on display. The trolley is so cool! Food was AWESOME. I had the Tuscan shrimp, loved it. Bread rolls are slightly sweet, not dry, and had a little bit of fluff to them, very good. Awesome awesome awesome

Beautiful building in a beautiful location.
Service was good- not great.
Food was very good except for mine- I got the citrus salmon which is a signature dish and unfortunately the salmon was cooked to the point of being dry. I felt like I did when I was a kid and my mother would cook the Turkey until it was so dry it was like chewing on cardboard to get it down.
I tried my husbands, chicken Marsala and my two daughters dishes- one got the mushroom ravioli and the other got the lobster ravioli and they were all delicious. Next time I won’t order the salmon.
I know their sandwiches are delicious, as are their appetizers- we got the bruschetta which we loved.

First time at Pullmans and the quaint trolley atmosphere is unique. Had a leisurely lunch with family, was not rushed and the service was excellent. We all enjoyed our meals and appreciated the selection of menu items. I would highly recommend for a unique dining experience. It is a feast for your eyes and stomach. Enjoyed the waterview from our table.

Martin was an amazing waiter, he accommodated our party of 14 great! In and out in an hour and a half! 5 of us came and ordered late and our food came out just minutes after everyone else! We had a great time, the food and atmosphere are always great! Thank you to Martin and Pullmans for a great dinner!

The atmosphere and view of the river was wonderful. The staff was efficient. However, I did not feel “connected” to our waiters. All the right questions were asked but there was no personality. The food was good and the presentation was great. Ironically, the mashed potatoes was our table’s winner for favorite dish.

Upon first walking into the establishment I was confused what the trolley car had to do with anything. I didn’t ask either, so I’ll never know! But it didn’t bother me not to know. I was shocked by the beautiful river flowing right outside the door, and in envy of the folks sitting out on the patio! Ordered up a Stella Cidre – because no one ever has that available! – and enjoyed some conversation with my coworkers. Dinner was good, ordered a side salad (exactly that), and some asparagus – we all know what they look like, so no pics. My main course was actually the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer. A tad over cooked, but delicious nonetheless! Excellent food, excellent service, atmosphere was decent (though seemed a bit dark), and the outside view was amazing! Definitely worth a visit for sure, but might I suggest a patio seat!

My wife and I went here for dinner celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary. They have a great atmosphere and the layout is well done. Great seating indoors and out. I ordered the tenderloin and it was amazing. My wife ordered the tuna and really enjoyed it.
Great experience overall! We’ll be back.
