WORST service I have ever received. Waited about 6 minutes before being greeted at the drive thru. Ordered the chicken tenders. They were smaller than a McDonald’s chicken nugget. For the price that’s crazy! I asked the lady at the drive thru arselia who was also EXTREMELY rude and she said oh well that’s what we have. Then I went in to talk to a manager. No one acknowledged me for over 20 mins. Finally the manager said “what do you need” very rudely. As I tried to explain he talked over me and wouldn’t let me talk. Super super rude person and continued to yell at me and his employees. When I was trying to ask him something he completely ignored me and walked away. I will NEVER go back to this lotaburger. I have never experienced such horrible treatment.

Very poor service at this Blake’s Lotaburger. I called ahead and ordered 3 burritos and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived on time and was told to pull forward and wait. I sat there over 10 minutes while cars behind me got their food and left.
When an employee finally came out, he tossed the bag into my window without saying anything and walked away. I then realized they forgot one of the burritos. I had to call the store to tell them, and waited another 20 minutes before they brought the missing item out.
Nearly an hour for three burritos after calling ahead is unacceptable. The service was careless and unprofessional. Management clearly needs to address what’s going on at this location.

The hubbie just went to this location for the first time. He said it’s the best Blake’s he’s been to in a long time, and a compliment from him is something to be said! He got a double patty itsa burger & a chile cheese dog. The burger was like a gourment burger & the dog was HUGE & delicious! If he had no complaints, then I know it must’ve been good! I might drive over after work just because he was so impressed!

Wow. Ordered burgers for the family — two adults and three small kids — and the total was $80. I remember Blake’s being a special treat when I was a kid, but it was something my parents could afford without feeling guilty. When did Blake’s turn into sit-down restaurant prices?
My burger meal alone was over $20 because of add-ons: an extra patty ($3) and cheese ($2). That’s excessive. We didn’t even order full meals for everyone — only my wife and I got meals so the kids could share fries and a drink. The kids just had plain itsa burgers with cheese.

Ordered 2 #6 with beans and we got no carne in our burritos. Just eggs hash browns, red chile and beans. Every time order from here something is always wrong with my order.

I have been to many lotaburgers, and this location has been my worst experience. Waited over 30 minutes for my meal. Counted over 10 workers and all of them seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I was super excited to try this location since it’s brand new. You could build the best most beautiful restaurant, but if the staff doesn’t have a clue, and the customer service is horrible it doesn’t matter one bit.

Prepared to wait for 20 minutes in line every time you go. Doesn’t matter if there’s multiple people in line or just you, you’ll be waiting regardless. The food is not that good! These workers suck! I won’t be eating at this location anymore. If other locations have the same service I will just stop eating Lotaburger altogether! Better burgers or burritos can be found elsewhere with better service.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. This restaurant is absolutely horrible. The management is horrible. Customer service does not exist in this restaurant. They do not care about orders they only care about their times. Threatening to call the cops because they couldn’t get our order correct. Do not come here if you actually want food. Go to ANY other location. Management won’t even talk through a solution.

I went in for just one thing: a large sweet tea. It’s a regular item at Blake’s. They had none. I added a star for the offer of sugar. It isn’t the same and never fully dissolves. I call it poor management.

I came in about 6:06 pm. The young man cooking was touching and scratching his whale cooking. Finely to the manger something and nothing changed unfortunately I want be coming back to the location. The burger was thrown together and messy. Very disappointed..
