This little place was fabulous!! Eclectic decor with mesmerizing and calming music. Dragons everywhere! The food is amazing! We had the dragon noodles with the bang bang shrimp and orange chicken. The portions are large! The dragon noodles were unique and so tasty! I’d come back for sure for these! The bang bang shrimp was cooked to perfection and had flavors that kept us wanting more! The orange chicken was cooked perfectly and was tasty. It was served with white rice and broccoli that was cooked just right. Friendly and helpful staff. This was a nice surprise of a find while in our trip and I highly recommend it!!!

Food was absolutely amazing! We got the crab ragoons they were the best we’ve had by far. We ordered the Pad Thai and Chicken Hibachi and they both were absolutely fresh and tasted the most authentic we’ve had in a long time!!! The waitresses were so sweet and did an amazing job. We will definitely be coming back!!!

often times, people dare to ask the question, “what if?”. puffys should not have asked this question. let me start this off by saying the service was great, we ordered to-go but the lady at the front counter was very kind and helpful. the atmosphere, though covered in ai generated art, was cute and (somewhat) well thought out. our commentary on the food is extremely limited as we only ordered one dish, and the puffys menu is a large one. but if every dish is to the same level as the dragon noodles, i wouldn’t recommend this one. the dragon noodles had a thick, pungent sauce that seemed to have WAY too much sesame oil. the smell filled our home and nobody was very happy about it. the portion size was large, but nobody in our party was able to finish it because nobody (five people) really liked it. all in all, if you desire asian food in carolina beach, puffys may be worth a try. but if you just want good food for a night out, puffys may be one to skip.

This was an amazing local restaurant. The food was amazing, with great flavor. The restaurant and restroom decorations were amazing, and I am thrilled to see they had a 100% cleanliness rating. The server was super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I got the shrimp hibachi, which came with noodles and rice, both of which had excellent flavor. For my appetizer, I got two spring rolls, which were outstanding. They had amazing flavor. We will most definitely return. Great job!

We were happy to see a new cute place here with outdoor seating (we have a small dog) so had to try it. We were not disappointed!! Amy our waitress was great and very attentive, I had 2 fantastic margaritas.
The pork egg rolls had a lot of meat in them, the Poke Tuna Nachos was HUGE and delicious loved the wontons not greasy at all, meat was delicious and the pineapple was very fresh. My husband got the hibachi chicken that also came with noodles too he loved it and said he wouldn’t change a thing, I took a bite as well so good. We will definitely will be back next time we are in town. Ohhh and we loved the plates they are served on the are compostable and made from tree leaves as I asked about them, how awesome is that and they don’t have to wash dishes, she said storage was small in the kitchen space and this made more sense. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed, the servings are large but yes it is a little pricey our meal was $84 but I also had 2 drinks. They have many gluten free options as well.

The food was outstanding, we started with appetizers and I don’t know if the calamari or the gyoza were better. My Korean beef street tacos were a flavor explosion that complemented my cucumber salad so well the waitstaff was knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy and the restaurant itself is so original and unique!

This was the second time in a week we have ordered take out from here. The food is very fresh and tastes amazing! It is also hot when you pick it up. Tonight my boyfriend ordered the orange chicken spicy #2 and said it was one of the best meals he has eaten in last 5 years. My tropical noodles were very good as well. The chicken was tender and fresh. Puffy’s will be a staple in our house.

Wow the food was excellent. I had the fried rice and it was nutty and spicy and absolutely fragrant with scallions and other spices. The couple that was seated near us turned and asked what we got because it smelled so good. My wife had the Thai lettuce wraps and they were fresh, generous, and what a variety of toppings, she was very pleased and there was enough to take home for later.
The service was great too. Turns out our host was the son of the owners. Friendly and he gave great table service.

This is by far the best hibachi I have ever had! You can tell the food is cooked with a lot of care and love, it’s an amazing quality! Definitely a new regular spot while we’re in town, I’ll be counting down the days until we get to come back!

The restaurant has a unique design. It’s clean and updated from the previous restaurant. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We had the veggies with tofu, Coconut Walnut Shrimp, and lomein. The appetizers were delicious as well. My family had the crab rangoon’s and pork egg rolls.The service was excellent and fast. You should definitely give it a try!
