Amelia’s was born from a simple, joyful idea: create a place where craft, comfort and a touch of glamour meet-then share it with the neighborhood we love. Tucked in the heart of Front Street in Cuyahoga Falls, Amelia’s pairs vintage vibes with Hollywood Regency glamour. Our decor has been lovingly curated from local families and vintage collectors, bringing character and soul into this one of a kind space. Think warm lighting, plush textures, and timeless details-so every meal feels like a special occasion.

I’m still on cloud 9 from my meal and experience last night. This place is going to be be one of those core memories of amazing experiences. I’m actually sad that I can’t have Amelia’s again for the first time. Our server Desiree gave fantastic recommendedations even providing a slight modification to a martini that clearly elevated the espressotini drink beyond my expectations. My friend had a mocktail called the Bold and the Beautiful and she said the flavors and size were unheard of from mocktails. She loved it. We both had a half portion of the house salad and it was so spectacular with exciting layors of flavors and a mind-blowing house ranch. She had the halibut and said it was fresh and flavorful. I had the ribeye special with mashed potatoes and a side of broccolini. Everything was seasoned perfectly and cooked like butter. My first bite of my steak almost sent me to the upper room. I felt my wings. We can’t wait to come back and focus on shared plates.

We celebrated my grandma’s 88th birthday last night at Amelia’s by the Farmers Rail, and it was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing.
We started with the lobster sliders (phenomenal), and my grandma had the filet …which she declared the best steak she has ever had in her 88 years of life. That alone says everything. I had the lobster linguine, which was incredible, and we shared the Brussels sprouts with dinner. Every bite was perfection.
We finished with carrot cake for dessert, and it did not disappoint. Our server, Desiree, was unbelievable. She was attentive, warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire evening feel extra special for my grandma.
The atmosphere was unique, authentic, and welcoming…the kind of place that makes a celebration truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Overall the experience was really good! Almost everything was positive: the ambiance was nice and the decor was fun, the food was really fantastic, and our server (Desiree) was delightful and fun. The only negative thing was that we had a reservation for 7pm and they didn’t seat us for 30 minutes…. what’s the point of a reservation if they make you wait 30 minutes…? We understand that it wasn’t the hostesses fault but not having anyone apologize for that is kind of rude. We also had plans afterwards and had to cancel them because of that so that’s a bit frustrating. But aside from that, everything was great! The pork belly, brussel sprouts (a must try!) and duck confit were delicious! Desiree was a delight and turned our mood around so thanks again to her!

We had a great time at Amelia’s! The drinks were great and the atmosphere was amazing. The service was great as well. The food was not mind blowing. And for the price I don’t think I would come back. It was very pricey but we did get appetizers and drinks. I think I would enjoy more pasta options!

We went to this lovely spot for our birthday dinner a few weeks ago and it was amazing. We were regulars at Pitchfork and were delighted to see some of the staff there. The food is elevated to a much higher level and so is the atmosphere! The duck confit and salmon entrees were out of this world! The shrimp appetizers were delicious and a very large size. The cheesecake was incredible!
The staff is so accommodating, informative and friendly. The cocktails are top notch. It felt like I was sitting at a password needed secret restaurant in a big city. As a NYC transplant, this is one of the top restaurants I’ve ever been to. 4.8/5. Even the bathrooms were incredible: everything you’d need in a bathroom was included. So much thought and artistry went into the decor and atmosphere of this amazing restaurant.
The only thing I’d add would be a little more light. There were times when I couldn’t see what I was eating because the lights were too dim over our table. The lamp on the table did not help.
Overall an incredible experience and we’ll definitely be returning!

I’ve been eager to try Amelia’s since it opened, and I chose it for my birthday dinner. I had high hopes, especially since it brought an upscale option to Front Street. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the hype.
Atmosphere
The space is nicely decorated with great lighting, creating a welcoming ambiance. However, there was a noticeable musty, slightly fishy smell that was hard to ignore.
Service
The service was decent—better than average—but not particularly memorable or exceptional.
Value
Overall, the experience felt underwhelming. For the price and presentation, I expected more in terms of flavor, execution, and attention to detail.
Brussels Caesar Salad – $16
Rating: 3/10
The portion was small—closer to a side salad anywhere else. The greens were wilted, underdressed, and had an unpleasant, almost dirty taste.
Grilled Chicken (Add-on) – $8
Rating: 2/10
We added grilled chicken to the salad and regretted it. It was dry, lacked seasoning, and overall inedible. We ended up hiding most of it under a napkin.
Ahi Tuna Nachos – $23
Rating: 8.5/10
We always try tuna nachos when they’re on the menu, and these were among the better ones we’ve had. The tuna was fresh, and the flavors mostly worked well together. However, the dish was overly salty, which made it difficult to finish. Some scallions would’ve added a nice fresh bite and balanced things out.
8oz Center Cut Filet – $49
Rating: 5.5/10
The steak was beautifully cooked—perfect medium-rare and very tender. That said, both the filet and mashed potatoes were under-seasoned and lacked flavor. The mushroom demi-glace helped, but it wasn’t enough to carry the dish. For nearly $50, it needed more—like a side of fresh vegetables to round it out.
Truffle Fries – $12
Rating: 5/10
These were fine, but nothing special. They were slightly different than the fries served at The Farmer’s Rail, but not in a way that improved them. For the price, they didn’t stand out.
Final Thoughts:
While Amelia’s has potential and some strong points—like the tuna nachos—the overall experience fell flat. It just didn’t feel worth it. I really wanted to love this place, but I left disappointed.

We ordered the braised beef with pierogi very tasty! The appetizer was the ahi tuna egg roll. Wow!! The drinks were made very well! Our server was outstanding! Very helpful and her suggestions did not disappoint. We loved the seating areas! No detail left untouched!

We recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Amelia‘s in downtown Cuyahoga Falls, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our server, Desiree was exceptional. Her timing and attention to detail were impeccable, drinks arrived right when we needed them, appetizers were perfectly paced and she had great recommendations throughout the evening. Service like that really makes a celebration memorable. The whipped feta appetizer was outstanding the creamy feta pair beautifully with the pistachio and prosciutto crumble, and the toasted naan added the perfect crunch. We also tried the pork belly with the pickled vegetables. It had a nice Asian inspired flavor, though we would have enjoyed a little more heat. Our entrées, the ribeye steaks were excellent with a great char and rich flavor. The toasted romaine salad with the flat iron steak was also delicious and something a little different from the usual steakhouse fair. The atmosphere at Amelia‘s is cozy and lively, though can be a little loud during busy dinner hours. It’s still allowed us to enjoy a nice conversation and celebrate the evening. Tip make reservations, as there are a limited number of tables and if you can ask for Desiree, she will take great care of you.

Best kept secret of the Falls right now!! Atmosphere is off the charts, we sat in one of the lounge spaces and it was PERFECT for relaxing with cocktails and good food. Made for some very cool photos. Don’t miss the Buffalo egg rolls, they are a MUST. And our server Emily was incredible, super attentive, very knowledgeable about the menu, recommended perfect cocktails for us, just went above and beyond! One of our new favorite spots for sure

This place is amazing and a great addition to cuyahoga falls. We went for my boyfriends birthday. The ambiance was incredible and intimate. Drinks were delicious and well crafted. The food was so delicious. We had the tuna nachos which were so plentiful. The brussel sprout Caesar salad had great texture. Our entrees were the duck confit pasta and the salmon and wow, all components were wonderful. Flavors meshed so well together. Our server Chris was attentive and kind and helped make the experience great and even gave us a complimentary birthday desert which was delicious. We were checked on by management as well to make sure everything was good. Overall a fabulous experience and will absolutely go back to try more things!
