The true highlight, though, was our server Marisol. She was kind, bubbly, and so attentive. To top off an already great breakfast, she showed us some handmade crafts she was proud of, and we left with a seashell and bracelet that will always remind us of the experience.
All in all, this was more than just a meal and a view, it was a moment of joy. 100% recommend stopping by. You’ll leave with a full belly and a full heart. ❤️
*please let Marisol who she made our day!
Second if you need to start your day right and have an experience that reminds you of all that is good in the world, then this place is the place to start your day, week, month. It’s more than a meal it feeds the soul and refills your joy.
Third food is perfectly made and prepared. Served with enthusiasm and your every need is cared for by the most attentive staff I have ever experienced.
We came with 2 children under 2 years old. We were accommodated and had all we needed. The cranberry walnut bread toast is a must order. Made in house. We ended up buying a loaf to take home.
Fourth, the atmosphere and location is the best. Ample parking.
If you’re having a rough day and need a boost. If you simply want to enjoy a good meal in an amazing atmosphere, then find a new dining experience at Puffin’s.
I ordered the fish and chips and was expecting a small portion of cod for the cost. When it came out I was taken aback by how much I actually received. Perfectly cooked and I could only get through half of the larger piece (see picture) and ended up taking the rest home for a second meal.
I plan on coming again to try breakfast!
My omelette was good.
There were three tables outside on the deck, on the Thames River in Groton.
Most of all,!I liked helping people who needed it AND supporting their institution.
GO!!!!
