Ambience was lively, music was little loud. Service was on point. Our server didn’t miss even a single item or customization on what we ordered. Ordered a plethora of dishes. Appetizers and entrees were good. Drinks were just okay though presented well. Everyone loved the salsas.

The best thing about Puesto is the ambience. Outdoor patio seating is fun. But the food and service are only okay, relative to the prices. I can’t really tell the difference between their carnitas bowl and that of Chipotle. Maybe I’m missing the differentiator.

It’s amazing to see Puesto at Santa Clara while we visit from San Diego. It’s a beautiful place for sure. I always love their beautiful interior design. If you love margarita drinks, you have to come here for a wonderful drinking experience. I had a michelada here, of course it is so tasty, it’s perfect drink to start a fun Friday night. If you haven’t tried their delicious tacos on a black corn tortilla, you have to try it. I recommend the fillet Mignon one.
