Listen up, I’m an OTR Trucker i live in Florida i happen to get hungry at 11:00pm on I-75 south remembering i had pancakes coins saved,I ordered the Colorado omelet and noticed like in the western states this is the only location with different flavors of syrup, blueberrie, strawberry I’ve only seen this in the Western states and at old international house of pancakes but none in Florida has the multi flavored syrup at the tables, I give this 5 star’s I ordered driving down the highway 15 minutes away and it was ready in the bag and she didn’t mind giving me extra cups of different flavors for my stack of pancakes THIS IS MY IHOP
REPLY TO IHOP: I must advise your Ihop to start advertising the 5 flavored syrups you offer for the fact from the 1990’s ihops from Texas and Missouri east to the Atlantic the hundreds of ihops i been too NO ihop had flavored syrup other then this ihop, why isn’t this advise? That single handedly stole a trucker from every ihop in Florida, the blueberry flavor is extremely addictive

Our Hostess and waitress were warm , friendly and professional even though it was crowded and a 20 minute wait for our table. Orders were on point. Hot and delicious . Other customers were kind and relaxed as well. Good Vibes

I was greeted as soon as I entered by my server Martha. It was 6:30 a.m therefore the restaurant was pretty empty. I was able to be seated right away. Within a minute after I was seated I place my order which was served very quickly after. I never had a bad experience at IHOP and there was no exceptions here.

Our waitress, Jessica, was awesome! Jessica was very attentive, and friendly. She had no problems getting our picky order through and the meal was phenomenal! Our pancakes were excellent as well! Jessica made our breakfast a top-notch meal! Thank you Jessica!

Everyone was very courteous when we walked in, Jessica, our waitress was very nice, made sure we had everything we needed & always had a smile! She checked on us often & kept our drinks full. Only thing was my husband didn’t receive his fruit but that’s small as we were very full when we left. Very nice establishment & employees.

Decide to go to one of our old faithful breakfast spots this morning. Never fails, this location is always on point with the food. Always fresh and delicious!!! Our waiter “ Nazzim “ was absolutely amazing with his customer service the entire time! Love iHop!!!!!! S/O to this location!!!!

Renicesa was such a sweet women. She was friendly and brought me everything I needed and checked on me at the right times. The food was great. Very pleasant and peaceful quiet meal for a solo breakfast. It’s hard to find employees that are chill and kind these days so it was appreciated! San the server is truly a beautiful soul. The food was really good I have the vegan egg white omelette it was delicious my wife had the sirloin steak tips and let me tell you baby those were A1!!! For not being to I hop in over 5 years I will def be back to this location.

As soon as I walked into the resident I was really impressed with how personable and friendly the greeting was. The staff was constantly interacting with customers making them feel at home and not just in a restaurant. Because it was such a lively and engaging environment, my husband and I elected to sit at the bar stool counter area in the front (which ordinarily I would never do). The food was excellent but the laughter and conversation was better. Our waitress, I believe her name was Lauren, and a manager who chatted and connected with everyone authentically kept us smiling. All of the staff engaged whether assigned to a table or another. It was a friendly almost family atmosphere!
