My husband and I love Pueblo Viejo! Our go to is typically the st. Elmo crunch wrap but on the off time we try other items they’ve always been delicious. Can’t beat the price either.

I found this place by accident. The tacos were delicious and fresh. I went around noon on a Saturday and the brewery next door sold great coffee to go along with these tacos. Highly recommend for a pit stop.

Pueblo Viejo is a great local family owned company. I like that they partner up at some of my favorite Austin businesses. I recommend that Don Chago taco but don’t sleep on their street tacos (Al Pastor)!

I ordered a taco and a kid’s burrito, but the staff couldn’t get the order right. I’m here right now and there is only one other customer so not busy by any stretch. They first gave me a quesadilla instead of a burrito. When I brought it back, I watched the cook take the same quesadilla, roll it up, and cover it in queso – still not a burrito. I mentioned that a burrito should have rice and beans inside it as described on the menu, but the cashier just pointed to the rice and beans they had served on the side with the botched quesadilla and said “they are inside”, still not correct and making a weird attempt at gaslighting a customer? At that point, I gave up and ate what they gave me. Food was ultimately not what I ordered. Service was careless and dismissive – very off putting since I eat here often.

1⭐️ reviewers are rage-baiting and undeserved. We get one thing, and one thing only from Pueblo Viejo:
‼️The St. Elmo Crew Crunch Wrap‼️
Honorable Mention:
Guacamole (fresh, flavorful, que rico)
Anyone sleeping on this crunch wrap is missing out on a plate of flavors that hits every spot. We crave this crunch wrap regularly, and are consistently satisfied. We had it again this morning, and it was probably the best it’s ever been.
The crunch wrap comes with a personal portion of queso, your choice of 2 salsas on the side (I usually get the creamy serrano or habanero – if I get the creamy serrano, I pour it over the crunch wrap; if I get the habanero, I pour it in the queso and dump my wrap in the now spicy queso), jalapeños, and CUCUMBERS
Pueblo Viejo gives me a plate of fixings that make nearly limitless combinations of bites, making eating this plate one of my most anticipated rituals of the month, and offers a truly balanced, but exciting and sexy amalgamation of flavors.
El “crunch wrap” es una fiesta en mi boca. Si fuera mujer, sería una de esas personas que se llevaría a casa para presentárselo a sus padres y hacer el amor toda la noche. ¡Estamos deseando que llegue nuestra próxima visita!

It was fantastic, I’ve tried maybe all of three or four different tacos, and it is fantastic. Every single time, highly recommended, I also love how they’re connected to Saint Elmo’s, and next to a large area for outdoor seating and even shaded seating as well.

Tacos were pretty good but pretty disappointed with the guacamole. It was two scoops of guac on a bed of shredded lettuce for $10 and the salsa roja that came with it was sweet There was more lettuce than there was guac. I’d recommend skipping the guacamole and just get another taco instead
