We had a great dinner at Puckett‘s. The service was friendly and attentive. There were Livemusik that made a great atmosphere. Great cool draft beer. The bbq food there is very tasty. We got the chicken wings, and there were on of the best we ever had. The Mac and cheese were also delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell they take pride in both quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the menu offered a great variety of classic breakfast favorites along with unique Southern touches. Every bite was comforting and satisfying — exactly what you want from a memorable breakfast experience.
What really made our visit exceptional, though, was our server, Ashley. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire meal. Ashley checked on us at just the right times, made excellent recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect without ever feeling intrusive. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality truly elevated our dining experience.
The restaurant itself has a lively but relaxed atmosphere, clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger and enjoy your meal. It’s clear that both the kitchen and front-of-house staff work seamlessly together to provide great service.

We went pretty close to opening on a week day. We had breakfast here. The food was pretty good. I would definitely return. I had egg whites, grits, and home fries. The eggs were good and cooked how I asked. The grits were good. They have the option of cheese grits or regular grits. The home fries were alright. I also had a biscuit which was good. I liked the options for trying to eat a little healthier. There were other things on the menu I wanted to try as well. There was plenty of parking. Thankfully they have their own lot.

The chicken fried chicken was tasty and comforting, but the mashed potato portion felt small. Our daughter enjoyed her Mac and cheese and said the sweet potato fries were “yummy.”
Overall, Puckett’s delivered good Southern fare with warm and attentive service. It’s a solid choice for casual dining downtown, though not a “blow-your-mind” kind of meal.

Went for breakfast with my cousin and 2 kids from out of town on a Saturday around 0930. Olivia provided excellent service with a smile. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse pancakes, I tried a bite and they were indeed delicious. I got the classic breakfast, eggs scrambled well, with bacon, potato’s, and a biscuit. Everything was delicious, would like to come back and try the lunch menu.

I’ve been coming here for years, and Ashley Giles is the best server this restaurant has had in the last six years. And they have some phenomenal servers ! Her attention to detail is unmatched — she anticipates what you need before you even ask and knows the menu inside and out. Even during the busiest rush hours, she handles her tables with calm confidence and never misses a beat. Every visit feels smooth, organized, and genuinely welcoming because of her professionalism and work ethic.

Compared to other locations, this one just fell short. Portion size was smaller, service was slower, food wasn’t hot(warm but not hot) corn cakes were hard. Parking is a paid lot and it’s tight for anything bigger than a smaller crossover.

Waited 45 mins to get a cold plate of food that they reheated and came back barely warm and dry … the place wasn’t not very busy. Terrible experience poor service even worse who wants to pay $43 for cold food you can cook better at home. There’s nothing like leaving a Resturant hungry and still being charged to watch your partner eat lol while sitting here starving … there’s no service in this service industry.

Great food and service! We are visiting here at Chattanooga and decided to try Pucketts! It was so good we had to come a second time! Liam was an our server both times and he was great and was very attentive and made sure our food was out in decent times. Very good quality as well! Definitely would come again when we come back to Chattanooga
