We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

You can never go wrong with an In N Out burger but just remember to check your order when you’re ordering to make sure they put it in correctly. It been years since I came to this In N Out location but since I was in the area this morning to help my sister, I was able to come here for my lunch. I came like 30 minutes after they officially open and their drive thru line was already long so I went inside instead to put my order. I wanted to get a 3X2 Protein style burger with chopped chilis and fries. The lady taking my order even repeated the right order for me and handed me my receipt but I didn’t look at the receipt. It took about over 10 minutes for them to call my number and when they did, I saw that the lady didn’t put protein style. So I got a regular 3X2 burger which I was fine with so I didn’t ask them to correct it. My burger and fries were delicious like always, In N Out is my favorite fast food. Just remember to double check your order and also your food when it’s ready, I always ask for open box so you can see your order.

We had bit of a mixup on our order, in which we didn’t realize until we left. I had to return, with our rather larger order.
Once, I was inside manager “Anthony” took care of everything. He prepared our meal, put it together, bagged for us. He made sure our order was priority. Its much appreciated.

Waited almost 40 minutes for two burgers while standing inside the restaurant. At first I didn’t think much of it, but then I noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their food one by one, while my order never came.
When I finally asked what was going on, they admitted they completely missed my order and then casually told me to “wait a bit longer.” No apology that felt sincere, no attempt to fix it properly.
In the end, I wasted almost an hour of my time for two burgers — unacceptable service, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy.
Mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer and offering no real solution is just bad management. Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Always great dining here, they are organized and very efficient with handling long lines. Staff is friendly and food is fresh. My favorite order is a 3×3 animal style protein style chopped chilis, try it out! The parking is a little hectic as expected with this franchise, but at least at this locations it’s in a big plaza so you’ll always find parking.
