Stopped here on a Thursday night. Not crowded. I got the chicken Venezia, which was outstanding. Husband got the meatball calzone, which he said was good. Service outstanding. Our entire meal was less than $30. Would definitely come again.

Taste was good but totally disappointed lunch menu for jumbo ravioli says 4 only got 3. Also salad comes with the lunch menu some where around $8.54 I got charged $14.69. Not happy about it.

I’ve ordered from this location so many times, and I couldn’t put off leaving a review any longer. I’ve noticed the quality has gone downhill for a couple of months, but today was it. I ordered a spring salad, an Italian sub, and a BLT pizza. All of the ingredients on the pizza were on one side as though the pizza was turned on its side when it came out of the oven. The salad was warm, including the awful-tasting dressing that tasted like vinegar. It was nothing but nuts and cranberries and a few greens, which were not crisp. I always give a 20% tip even for carryout, but I am definitely going to rethink this habit. My order was placed on Sunday afternoon at 4:50, and when my husband picked the order up, the dining room was empty. Is this the quality management accepts? I’m so disappointed.

Is that a kids fettuccini Alfredo?…no just a very small portion of cooked noodles with a dash of sauce. If you enjoy a bed of soggy bread topped with semi melted hard cheese, order their garlic bread. And want a salad with a simple request of cheese only? Well that simple request just means they will make your salad 90% cheese and give you no dressing to eat your “cheese” salad with. Last pic is me throwing it right back into the bag it came in to throw it in the trash where it most definitely belongs. I have loved this place for a long time and I don’t know what is going on because it has been so bad lately..so I just recommend no one eat here if you want to enjoy and get your money’s worth..guess it’s pb&j’s for my daughter and I tonight.

I called to place an order, was immediately placed on hold. I waited for 15 minutes until they hung up on me. I immediately call back and they take my order. When I arrive to pick up the food, the place is empty. They were not busy at all. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. I’ve been eating at this place for 10 years and the last 2 years have been awful. The salad in the picture doesn’t even have cheese and was barely thrown together. This place has gone downhill. Go to the reviews and sort them by “newest” and you will see all of the bad reviews from the last couple of months. No apologies. Nothing done to make it right. Sad.

I am a huge fan of this place and was excited to have my family join us for dinner. We had a horrible time on Mother’s Day. The place wasn’t very busy like usual but we had awful service. Waitress was a young blonde girl with pig tails nose ring and crop top. – believe another employee called her Kenzie and was absolutely disrespectful, and a terrible waitress. not writing down the order and forgot a drink, didn’t know the beer list, didn’t ring in our pepperoni bread and also didn’t bring the normal bread sticks and left our pizza on the counter to get cold. Then a different server brought our food and we watched everyone but us receive meals. When we reminded her of the pepperoni bread she waited till our meal was finished to bring it. Also the table next to us the woman had to sever her own table also we had to seat ourselves and get our own menus and silverware we waited over an hour. I have no complaints on the food itself or anything but do believe the waitress should be retrained and reevaluated.
