Met an old friend from Elementary school for lunch. We both live in the area so it was a perfect backdrop for our mini-reunion. Restaurant was very clean, quaint setup, great smells (pizzaria). Service was awesome…quick, attentive, and timely. Definitely will recommend and definitely will be back.

I was really disappointed by this place after reading all the great reviews. Pizza was average, Pasta was bleh. They charge you extra for REMOVING ingredients like green onions. I probably won’t be returning.

Ordered pick-up via telephone, was told it would take 30 minutes on a Sunday evening. Got to Puccinis 30 min after stated only to wait for 20 minutes! I paid for the pizza and the host at the counter realized my pizza had been ready for some time and didn’t even acknowledge to look at the pizza, only her phone.

We come to Indy for hospital visits, sometimes we have to stay an extended time. Puccini’s has been my favorite place for take out . I’ve yet to try their pizzas. I’ve had lasagna, the rosemary chicken, the four cheese penne . Love all their pasta , and fresh Caesar salad with the side of bread. Very friendly staff and fast service..

Staff were all pleasant enough but had some difficulty ordering pick up. Person on the phone didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for despite reading straight from the menu so I had to repeat myself several times.

Always love the pizza. Calzones are great. Always love the mega abundant dinner salad. Lot of water in the bottom of the bowl this time. Not the usual but was still good. Always enjoy this place.

this puccini’s (86th and ditch) had been our go-to neighborhood restaurant for maybe 25 years. over the past few years, it’s become terrible – ridiculously bad service, terminally short-staffed. we live less than a mile away, but now drive to the puccini’s at 131st and towne road, which is consistently great. thought we’d give 86th and ditch another shot tonight. big mistake. sad.

Today was the worst experience that I have ever had at Puccini’s. We were sitting at table #23 right by the kitchen door. Every Door Dasher and carryout customer stood at the pickup counter, some with their personal items placed on that counter. When that area got full, people stood blocking our table and the kitchen. We literally stared at butts the whole time we were there. The chairs that make up the waiting area stayed empty. The place was SWAMPED due to it being Labor Day and people were continuously being sat despite the kitchen being way behind. Management seriously FAILED their staff by not managing the dashers, carryout crowd, or amount of in house diners. I paid $44 for a meal that I couldn’t even enjoy. You guys have to get it together.
