I was craving prime rib on a Sunday when I was on a weekend trip to Minocqua. A short beautiful drive and we were at Pub N Prime. My gosh, I’m still thinking about this place. The owner, was so sweet and the warmest welcome with positive energy. Everything was so cute here, if we were drinkers we definitely would’ve hung out in the ‘tiki bar’ so cute and warm. Go here !! Trust me.

We wanted a supper club on a Sunday and that is a hard find in the north woods. I am so glad we went to pub n prime. My filet was not in expensive but it was awesome. I ate it with mushrooms and the juice from my wife’s prime rib. Her prime rib was great. The salad bar hit the spot too. The bartender was friendly, as was our waitress. The owner was so nice. 10 out of 10!!!

This was not our first time dining here, but it’s been a while since our last visit. Getting the prime rib here is a must. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. Once you have the prime rib here, you’ll quickly realize that prime rib everywhere else just doesn’t compare. It’s sometimes a night and day difference to be honest. We ordered the 20oz portion, trimmed, and it honestly looked like a small roast on the plate. It was extremely tender and done to perfection. We ordered it medium rare which we feel is the best option. We also ordered the Walleye and it too was delicious. Nice large portion. The side of wild rice had a little different spin on it but tasted fantastic. The barley and clam chowder soups were great, and the salad bar was very clean and all the items were very chilled to keep things fresh and crispy. Our waiter- Jimmy- was incredibly attentive and did his job very well. Another splendid dining experience at Pub & Prime!

If you want to have some of THE best prime rib, a literal bang for your buck, you need to come here and try some of Dee’s prime rib. The flavor, the marbling, the cuts are worth the price. You get an excellent meal with excellent portions. If you leave hungry, that is completely on you.
My wife and I went there during our annual ice fishing trip with our friends and family and it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing, the staff are friendly, and the food is fantastic. My wife got the salmon and I got the prime rib and both were excellent.

We came here for the first time on Valentines Day. They were able to seat us right away. The chicks wild rice soup was great! The prime rib was also delicious. They were short staffed but still got the job accomplished!

Started with a brandy old fashion and it was great, the salad bar was fresh cool and crisp and the soups hot and tasty. It was a Saturday so you know prime rib was the main attraction and it was perfectly medium rare. Only thing that could top it was the carrot cake! We were full so we took it to go and it did not disappoint! The staff was really upbeat and engaging thanks for the wonderful experience we will definitely be back!!

Known for their prime rib and fried chicken, I went with the deep fried shrimp. It was the basic standard fare when it comes to deep fried shrimp, but to their credit, the dinner included eight (8) pieces not the typical six (6). The single trip allowed to the soup and salad bar was worth it – the chicken and dumplings soup was the best ever, bar none.

Phenomenal experience for dinner here. Started outside at the tiki bar, which had awesome bartenders, and moved inside a few hours later for some of the best prime rib ever, and attentive and personable service from our waiter.
Front hostesses were wonderful as well, keeping everything smooth. One of the best overall supper clubs we have been to recently!

Found this place about 2 years ago. The Prime Rib is superb! Sent with the fish fry this time. Didn’t let me down. Server Jim was on his game. Everything about this place is great. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been on the hunt for a great prime rib, we’ve had a few disappointing tries recently so we decided to just go for it and go where they’re “known” for it. Well the $67 price tag for 1 20oz prime rib was a bit of a shock but we thought well if it’s good then we can make this a once or twice a year thing here. After adding the loaded baked potato and onions, we’re at $76 each. I ordered medium rare, was given medium well and dry! Super overpriced and over rated. Very disappointing for the money. I’ve had much better prime ribs for under $30, this is by far the most I’ve ever spent on one and it wasn’t in the top 3 by any stretch. Waitress and hostess were nice however and the salad bar is good minus the “$1.50 up charge for blue cheese”, that’s a joke, you clowns overcharge enough as it is.
