Jen was our bartender. Not alot of people in the bar but Jen had a great attitude. She was quick and efficient. I had a Moscow mule my wife had a beer. Jen had a good conversation with us, very personable. I would come back. My wife and I had a great time.

Ok, I love my PT bar, I usually come late at night after work and enjoy a beer with Bartender Brandon. I work in the industry, I’m an Assistant Beverage Manager at the Bellagio. I don’t expect much since it is a good bar to visit. However, when I came doing the normal night hours it’s a different story. There are two Bartenders, one man and one female, I don’t remember their names (I’ll update this review once I have it) but it seems like I was bothering them enjoying time with their friends when I requested food and drinks. They look mad when I ordered anything. I wanted to leave as soon as possible so they don’t have to serve me anymore and they can continue to tend to their friends. I’ll keep coming back but these Bartenders need to work on their customer service approach, if they rather tend to their regulars and look bothered tending to anyone else, you will lose the approachable vibe of the bar. I’ll give them another chance and visit again, I’ll update this review if it’s more of the same.

This is spot! Always friendly service. Make sure to get here for happy hour M-F from 5 PM to 7 PM. Best deals in town. They have a late night happy hour too. Not 100% sure on times. Think from 12-2 AM

We watched the Lions vs San Francisco game here and had a blast ! The staff was friendly and interacted with the patrons during the game… service was excellent, asked promptly when drinks were empty if we were ready for another…all the patrons were friendly! Prices for drinks was amazing, especially after paying bar prices on the strip! They offer Happy Hour I’ll definitely go back when visiting my family here the burger, pizza and wings we got to go was all good the burger was so big ya barely got your mouth over it to bite!

Went for happy hour 12-2am the engery seemed friendly at first. I got a pool table, I usually go to spring mountain location they usually check on you if you want more drinks didn’t get anything like that/seemed once we were there we were invisible. i went to bar to get my id/ check out and the bartender was playing darts for 10 minutes clearly talking to pals/ playing with them then once realized I was standing there he came over with a attitude to check out. Very disappointed

The place is a basic gambling establishment, cold no fun , not your fun bar that you can find happy folk. Everyone is just sitting around waiting for…… I’m not sure. The bartender doesn’t acknowledge one’s entrance even though you must ring to get in even during the day! No music no talking no laughing. Just money give us money for everything . Gotta give up ID to play pool and pay for use of the balls with time limits. Too sterile and not at all fun.
