This is my third time at Homemade and I can’t seem to get beyond having the same breakfast! The glass of orange juice was quite generous and I had a large mug of coffee. My companions had essentially the same breakfast I had (eggs, potatoes, toast, and sausage) except with turkey bacon (which was reported to be quite good) and our 4th diner ordered an omelette which also received high praises. Everyone commented on the fresh potatoes. They were excellent. It is so nice to have breakfast potatoes that aren’t from the freezer. The best part was our waitstaff, Lisa. I travel quite a bit and she is the best, most attentive person I have had the pleasure of waiting on me in years. She not only checked on us frequently, but cleaned up the table (straw wrappers, spent coffee milke containers and the like) as we dined so we always have a clean table. She was also thoughtful enough to offer us extra napkins and a side plate for our toast as our plates were pretty loaded. She is amazing. I will ask for her table the next time I dine at Homemade. Perhaps I will graduate to the lunch menu.

I had such a wonderful experience at Homemade food was great! I asked for an avocado toast and it was delicious! Barely any wait time for food to come out and the fruits were fresh, the latte was perfect…i love their cute mugs btw..a big part of my great experience was thanks to Isabel! She was my waitress and provided absolutely excellent service from start to finish. She was attentive, kind, and made sure i had everything i needed without ever feeling rushed.
Isabel has such a warm and welcoming personality that truly made my visit special. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their guests the way she does. If you visit Homemade, I highly recommend asking for Isabel, she will take great care of you! I will definitely be back!

I’ve always known this restaurant to be on the more expensive side, but decided to give it another try for a breakfast date today. It is so cute inside and it was decorated for the holidays.
I ordered one of the “specials,” a skillet — two eggs, bacon, cheddar, spinach, and home fries — and unfortunately it was very, very disappointing. Especially for $18.99. There was no seasoning at all. Not on the eggs, not on the fries. The full strips of bacon were just okay, nothing special. The cheese was set on top, partially melted. There were a few shreds of spinach. Nothing about this was how you might imagine a “skillet” breakfast to look. I ended up only eating the eggs and a couple bites of the bacon.
When our waitress came by, I mentioned that the dish had opportunities for improvement due to the lack of seasoning. Her response was that “they don’t season things” and if they did season things then people would like that and, “they can’t make everyone happy.”
On a positive note, my boyfriend enjoyed his Oreo pancakes which had a nice presentation.
Overall, although the ambiance is quite nice, if you like your food with seasoning or flavor, this may not be the place for you.

Cutest little place! We were seated quickly, our food came out quick and was all as we ordered it. The bathrooms could use some love, and it took a bit to get our check but otherwise delicious and we will definitely be back to try breakfast and another round of lunch! Fries left a bit to be desired and burger size was a bit small in general and for the price. *Cuban with sweet potato fries – Southwest burger with fries – Banana Chocolate muffin*

They whole staff staff is always amazing. I am a very big fan of eggs benedict and the first time I was loved the hollandaise and than was told that I could add crab meat to it. The second time was like a taste from home that a Cafe I used to go to. Amazing and friendly staff warm and welcoming. Great pricing. Love the books that they have behind the breakfast bar seating very home style feel. Managers staff cook keep it up because yours house may change with the quality of service and food that you do!!!

I find this small business, privately owned restaurant absolutely delicious! I would much rather pay a little bit more for a privately business rather than a chain. They have delicious omelettes, sandwiches. The coffee is freshly roasted and delicious. The muffins are to die for!! The servers are wonderful especially Ava! She is spectacular with her vibrant personality and attentiveness. I love this place and will continue to support it every weekend when I can! The only downfall I have is, some people (that don’t pay attention or read signs!) always enter through exit doors which is right next to many tables.
Other than that, you won’t go hungry or go wrong here! It gets quite busy because it is THAT good!

I’ve been to this place several times; their food is always prepared fresh and comes to me hot. The coffee is good but not great. Presentation of the food is also well done. LOVE the black eating utensils, makes an elegant statement for the restaurant. They do not offer non pork substitutes for breakfast which is surprising in 2025. Wait staff are kind and very prompt even when it’s busy. They communicate with each other which is probably why things seem to run smoothly here. Well done!
