PTs usually do a great job. This location is terrible.
Barmaid forgot the Golden rule: ‘The customers always right’!
Order food it was super spicy! Their didn’t offer me anything else when I complained. Which every other establishment will.
She just wanted to argue and charge me. 101 excuses for why I was wrong!
Maybe she needs to be reminded that this is hospilitalty: the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.
Not ignoring your clients talking to your friend at the bar 90% of the time.
This is the only member of staff, I’ve felt that needs to be fired!
All this, after having to wait an hour and a half. Due to something happening after a meeting and no one their to service their guests.
What a total disaster!

The food was embarrassing.
we ordered two the crispy chicken and beef tacos and not only did it take like a half an hour, it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen on a plate. All I had was some ripped tomato and ripped lettuce with completely bland Chicken and beef inside the cheapest store-bought taco shells.

Poor customer service. Tall heavyset white male bartender with a cap . I had just barley arrived, waiting on a friend. I requested a water, bartender states, “that’s it, no drink?, then what are you doing here?” And proceeds to move me from my seat to a table off the bar, unwillingly. I hadn’t even been inside the bar for 10 minutes yet. Incredibly rude. So unprofessional. Listen I know bartenders work for tips, but how obvious could you make it? Super aggressive in regard to tips. I will never return here.
