For a first-time visit. The food was good. The soft tacos were yummy. Love the Carne Asada. The salsa is also a nice touch. Chicken tenders and fries were a pretty decent size serving. The line was long, but the cashier ran through everyone pretty quickly. Trying to handle the register and handle the front. As well as cutting the pizza for orders to go.

We were staying the night at the hotel and after a fun day on the river we saw a special at PT’s Express for $10, a cheeseburger french fries and a soda. We ended up getting that and the burger was one of the best ones I’ve ever had the fries were also delicious and crisp. What a great deal in Laughlin. They were a little busy and once we placed our order it was about 15-20 minutes before we got the burger but it was worth the wait. They had a special for a $3 footlong hot dog, maybe we’ll try that next time we saw the people next to us eating it and it looked really good.

They are extremely slow especially to casino personnel. The food is okay, not worth waiting 35 minutes for a 7.99 shrimp basket. These individuals work snails pace with no urgency at all. This is not the first time I received poor service but it’s absolutely last time. I’ll never get anything from PTs. And when I complained, the cashier said that he was going to report me to my supervisor. I hope they do. Peace and love to everyone.

Food is really good! but service is not, the cashier on 8/25/2025 was not nice I can even say she was racist, our order was ready and sitting for some time but yet this person gave the other customer their food first and when we ask for our food she gave us an attitude and was rolling her eyes at us. I was really disappointed, they should have nice cashier and should be greeting customers nothing is free we’re paying for our food, the least we can have is warm food.

Service was terrible. The line was long, there was one cashier who was leaving the cash register on & off to call up orders & more. We waited 40 minutes in line only to wait 25 more minutes for food. Pizza was great but definitely understaffed for a location inside of a casino. Cashier was in great spirit for the hash position she was in.

They didn’t have a slice I wanted and I think they forgot about making it for me so it took like 30 minutes to get my pizza so everyone else ate around me . I got mozz sticks that were good . The guy at the counter was amazing at his job though and the food was good .

Fun little casino spot with amazing table view of the Colorado River!! Gorgeous!!! We had a pepperoni pizza, salad, chicken fingers and a western burger. All above average. The soda pop hit the spot on a 106 degree day and they did not have any covid rules against refilling your drink.The young lady cashier was very friendly. We gave the uneaten half of our pizza to a family of four as we walked out. The best part was we had an entire to-go container of french fries that we gave to a very thin homeless man that i believe lives in the drainage tunnel near The Nevada Marijuana store. He said YEAH!!! when we stopped the car and asked if he’d like some fries! I cannot imagine being homeless in this climate! 🙁 Prayers for him!
