Wow! I really didn’t know what to expect. I haven’t had much luck here with tacos, but THIS is the place to go. The birria tacos were excellent. I licked the cup that contained the consume clean. Whyyyyyy was it so flavorful. These folks clearly know what they’re doing. I just wish the drive wasn’t so far but it honestly worth driving out here just to pick up some tacos. I also really appreciate the affordability of this place.

I have had several bad experiences with birria In the Birmingham area. Most places that serve it lacks flavor and it’s just nasty. I tried this food truck tonight and OMG! The birria pizza and birria Ramen were out of this world. The meat was seasoned well and everything had great flavor.I will definitely be back.

We hired them for a corporate event and they were more than outstanding! We got so many compliments for how delicious the food was and even calls at my office today to ask who they were! Definitely will be using them again! 10/10

It’s rare when you encounter great service, good food, and follow up to an order.
The Birria Tacos were 4 stars by itself. The crispiness of the tortilla, the meat was tender along with cilantro and onion. Be sure to add some lime and sauce. The red sauce is spicy and the green is a milder level of heat. Either sauce you choose, will add the heat level to your
taco.
The consome (soup), brings the taco to another level and for the case of ratings to five stars. Its adds a savory pack of flavor. Adding squirts of lime juice to the consome added a citrus tone to the savory soup.
We tried both w/cheese and without. As for flavor, it did not add or take away from the savory flavors of the Birria Taco.
The price of the Birria taco was $4. If you buy 2 or more tacos the consome is included. If you love tacos this is the spot to get your fill. The tacos are just as affordable as a fast food meal but tastier with fresh ingredients. Just a tip, bring cash, there’s a fee for card users.

This place had some pretty good tacos, but I felt that they were overpriced. The tacos are kinda small, and I wasn’t a huge fan of their tortillas. Also, there was an insane amount of bees while eating, so I definitely recommend taking it to-go if you want to try this place.

The food was absolutely amazing. I got basic steak street tacos and not only was the meat top tier, but the tortillas were delicious and moist and chewy, which was perfect. My boyfriend had the birria de res and his food was described as “toda la comida fue el tan chingon”. All in all, we would 10/10 recommend this food truck. It was very authentic and we could tell they really put love into their food. Oh! And the horchata was !

Best Birria taco spot yet and we’ve been to at least 7-10 of them. Food is delicious I had the quesadillas and they were amazing. You’ ll be doing yourself a favor giving this a try..

Stopped by this taco shop 10 mins till close. I knew that they were getting ready to close but I called and they made my order with no hesitation of 8 tacos. I told them I was a half a mile away and they took care of me. The seasoning was great and I recommend you give them a try!

I’ve lived in Birmingham for 20 years and eaten at just about every mexican restaurant including the more pricey ones. This is the best you will find for at least 100 miles. Seriously you have to try this place. Kind and quick staff and they have to have a garden behind the truck from how fresh everything is. Unreal quality and flavor.
