We enjoy the vibe in downtown Waxhaw and decided to finally give this eatery a try for breakfast. We arrived fairly early on a Saturday, around 8:30, and it wasn’t too busy. You place your order at the counter and then take your table marker (a seed packet) to your desired seat. The person who took our order was very friendly. We had the breakfast burrito with bacon and the Papa’s Breakfast – pork sausage patty, two eggs scrambled with fried potatoes, and a croissant for the bread choice. For drinks we had a regular Latte and a Brown Sugar Latte. Everything was ready fairly quickly. The lattes were excellent and I especially enjoyed the Brown Sugar Latte – I would definitely stop in for that again if nearby. The Breakfast Burrito was good, however I felt it was overfilled with potato and I ended up removing half of the potato filling. Unfortunately, the other breakfast was fairly cold, and the fried potatoes were extremely over-seasoned. The croissant was the best part of that breakfast option. Overall, would probably not try breakfast here again, but would have a latte.

The food was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. The entire building was adorable with some great snack options and even fresh eggs. Would highly recommend. Hope to return soon for another awesome breakfast

I am saddened that the owners of Provisions have decided to encourage their customers to carry guns into the restaurant. Don’t get me wrong – my family owns guns. But Provisions is a store/restaurant – NOT a target range. No one who owns a gun for home protection needs to bring their gun for lunch. I no longer feel safe at Provisions so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

First time trying the sausage pepper onion and cheddar quiche and oven fried potatoes and omg so good. And the iced mocha is awesome. Adding to my first review of this place because I came back!! First time was dine in this time I got it to go. First time very nice friendly staff and good service. This time the same thing VERY NICE HELPFUL staff!! Got the sausage pepper onion and cheddar quiche and iced mocha again. So good again!! Really like this neat place. Updating again. Came back for dine in again today. Sausage quiche oven fried potatoes and sweet tea. Got another sausage quiche and iced mocha to go. Very nice staff. Updating again because I tried the breakfast burrito with sausage today. I had my potatoes on the side and it came with salsa. Very good!! I also had my iced mocha again. I definitely love everything I’ve tried

Excellent place for a quick but delicious breakfast. I highly recommend if you are in the area. They also serve lunch and it’s a store where you can buy food items etc.

Neat little place in the heart of downtown Waxhaw. Meet and catch up with friends at breakfast or lunch. Spacious and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Get a taste of home in the restaurant and then pick up something local in the store to enjoy at home!

I love this market! Everything is made with clean ingredients and is affordable! They have a kitchen and barista you can also order from. Their seasonal peppermint bark latte is really good!

Stopped in with inlaws for a brunchy-time meal. Some wanted breakfast, others lunch. Serving brey items ’til unch in Sunday, Provisions fit the bill nicely. Grits bowls were a hit, as well as the avocado toast (so much avocado!) My turkey panini tasted great but was a bit dry. (Didn’t slow me down though.) Good experience all around.

A very quaint, nostalgic country store feel. Reminds me of the country store back home. Staff was very personable and friendly. This is a must stop in Waxhaw. I was more impressed with their breakfast selection. It was a little wait to get our food but it was definitely worth it. Absolutely will return to enjoy more of their menu!

It’s all pretty good. I give it a 5 because it’s a sweet little town, very inviting and country. Friendly, charming and never too long a wait. Groceries and crafts are a 5 star. Been there dozens of times and going back… I live in town.
