We were in town visiting the Dodge Days and my hubby selected this place based on the reviews. It was great! We were able to select our table and were waited on quickly. The waitress as helpful, friendly and attentive. The chicken wings were yummy and so was the coke slaw. My hubby had the brisket with fries and cleaned his plate. For a small place they were busy! People coming in to pick up to go orders and the place was nearly full by the time we left.

Fantastic food and cold beer! Very happy this place moved into a brick and mortar location. The food is top notch. Small menu but everything I’ve had is great. Ribs and brisket are stellar and all the sides are fresh and flavorful. Specifically I thought the coleslaw was wonderful. The white bbq wings and the Nashville hot were Devine. Juicy and crispy at the same time with the perfect amount of sauce or rub to give them the punch you want.
Service was friendly, attentive and professional. Price was very decent for excellent bbq.
I would love if the interior was a little cozier and filled out but that is a very small thing. 9/10 overall and a great place to have in Dodge.

So this used to be foodtruck cuisine turned into a restaurant. You sit down and a waitress takes your order. Simple menu of burgers, tacos, ribs, brisket plus sides you can choose. We got the ribs & brisket with deep fried okra and Mac & cheese. It was delicious especially the ribs which actually fell off the bone. If we lived here this would be our favorite restaurant. The servers were very friendly. Seems to be a hidden gem.

A gem of a place. Probably some of the best brisket I ever had. It was perfectly cooked. So tender and juicy. Service was friendly and fast. Maybe there for a total of 15 to 20 minutes. The portions for what you pay are absolutely amazing for the brisket.

Delicious, well-cooked BBQ plus great side dishes. Fast friendly service.
Happy to eat here and support a small local business.

Recently tried this place after the positive reviews on google however, I was beyond disappointed. I never leave reviews and I’m not one to want to cause harm to business but this time it was that bad. The food was awful! My husband and I got a brisket with some sides. The brisket had so much fat that it was impossible and disgusting to eat. I know brisket can be fatty however, this was inedible- half of the meat was solid fat. In addition, the mac and cheese was soggy and has Sam’s Club type canned cheese on it- no seasoning. Overall, I feel completely taken for the $40 we spent. I also won’t spend time writing about the service as that was poor as well. I’ve had brisket at plenty of places and they should be embarrassed to serve what they did (it was take out so we could not send it back).

The food was amazing. Service was good. Beer was fresh tap. All and all good. Small place only about 15 things on the menu (which is perfect), but what I had was on point great burger and a true basket of frys. You wouldn’t know the place is there unless you look. I hope it doesn’t change anything from here on out. I’ve been working in Dodge for a while now, and it’s truly nice to find a good food reasonable price place.

4.10.2024 Service has went downhill since they opened Garden City location. They are trying to do too much. I hope they get things straightened out.
We recently discovered this hidden gem! The food is excellent! It’s just a neat place to go eat. Not so noisy and not so crowded. Pretty sure they make one of the best hamburgers in Dodge City! Barbecued meats were great also!!

Love the food. We go about once a week. However not after this evening. They normally do not charge us for ranch, as the ranch is not even a tablespoon of ranch. The cook came out to our table to tell us they were charging $1 for ranch. Our son was walking and the cook came out and said “why is your son on my floor”. Mind you no one else is in the restaurant and there’s never anyone in this restaurant. Then he said “were charging $1 for ranch. Do you want us to send your order with you or cancel it”. So we canceled our order and left. How rude. Not sure what’s going on with the customer service in this town, honestly think it’s racism. If your white don’t go to this restaurant.
