Second to none, the “BEST” Burger I’ve ever experienced. The fries and tots simply awaits for you to dip in the “special sauces”. Claudia and Fun made the experience inviting and and engaging wihich I encourage you to visit “Proudly Serving” burgers at 110 Second St ; Redondo Beach✔️

Great vibes, friendly servers, definitely a local spot. I got the pastrami burger, duck fat fries and duck fat tots. The burger was the perfect portion and held together nicely and the fries and tots were the right crisp on the outside while soft on the inside.

Delicious budget and killer fries and tots. I recommend skipping their sauce so that you can really taste the meat. Sitting out back gives a Caribbean beach shack vibe ❤️

Proudly Serving in Hermosa Beach is an absolute gem that blends old-school nostalgia with top-tier burger craftsmanship. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed by a fun 80’s vibe—complete with a Flux Capacitor from Back to the Future and vintage Simpsons pinball machines. It’s a local spot that feels both retro and refreshing.

The customer service is fantastic, giving off friendly neighborhood burger joint energy. Everyone is welcoming, and if you’re unsure about the wine selection, don’t hesitate to ask for a sample before you commit. The beer and wine bar area makes it easy to kick back and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere.

For sports fans, the covered patio with a large projector is a prime spot to catch the big game while indulging in some serious comfort food.

Now, let’s talk about the food—because it’s the real star here. The burgers are Oklahoma-style, meaning they’re packed with grilled onions, seared into the patty to maximize flavor. It’s not quite a smash burger, but it’s perfectly cooked, juicy, and topped with their own special sauce that ties everything together beautifully.

The fries? Absolutely spectacular—thick-cut, perfectly seasoned, and fried to crisp perfection with a lightly battered crunch. And no matter which dipping sauce you choose, you can’t go wrong.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Proudly Serving is a must-visit. Great food, great vibes, and a nostalgic atmosphere that makes for an all-around memorable experience. Highly recommend!

This place is Amazing! Best burger ever, no complaints! The burgers are perfectly seasoned and the grilled onions and soft bun topped it off. Don’t forget to try the chocolate milkshake. The customer service was beyond my expectations with this being my first visit. Definitely will return on my next trip to Cali. You guys should open up in Nashville! Fun and Claudia made me feel at home. Definitely recommend trying the great establishment.

This is the first time I’ve been to this place and I loved it; the burgers are like homemade.

One of my sons is doing a Burger Blog and is taking it very seriously. I found this place despite living in the South Bay for 5 years. We were all shocked. My burger blogging son gave his PS burger a 9.35, which is a deliciously good rating. My husband gave it a 9+ out of 10. My other son had the pastrami burger and although he really enjoyed it, he would order the PS burger next time. The fries were literally ranked top 4 ever. And all my boys don’t love “thick” fries but these get the exception. Service was great! In and out (no pun intended) in 25 mins! We will be back!

Great food and very friendly staff. The PS burger was very tasty and filling. The fries were AMAZING. Crispy and soft at the same time. The food came out very quick. They have some tasty milkshakes too. We were very happy to find this spot. The only complaint we had was how loud the music was and the music had quite a bit of profanity and sexual themes even with children eating there.

Great food and experience

We went on a Sunday around noon and ordered
– Pastrami Burger
– PS Burger
– Brunch Burger
– Chill Burger
– Fries

Pretty good experience overall, one little issue… there was a huge order spike from the online orders which caused a dramatic delay. The estimated wait was 25 minutes but we got our food around an hour and ten minutes of waiting. They provided free drinks during the wait. They also stopped online and in-person orders during that time to catch up.

The food was all good but the PS Burger was absolutely amazing and the fries (this is for the basic fries, not the loaded fries) were one of the best I’ve had. I will absolutely return for those two items specifically. For the PS Burger, the smash patties had some good heft, they were not paper thin like some smash burger spots, the cheese was thick, the ratios were very solid.

Seating is a bit of a challenge (first come, and very limited) and so is the parking. That shouldn’t stop you from trying this spot if you’re a smash burger fan.

Love the ambiance- casual and cool, and importantly for us, kid friendly. It’s counterservice so I only gave it 4 stars for that piece of it. The burgers were rated as “okay” by the kids in our group but apparently they didn’t have that “wow factor”. The other kids in our group did not finish their food- I don’t know if they’re picky eaters or weren’t hungry but we had a lot of leftovers. Wish they had more menu offerings but overall it was a decent experience. As we were leaving, a woman was setting up DJ equipment which looked like it would be a really fun casual vibe.
