Travelling for business and visited twice the same week.
Pros… The food quality is great, it was a really great pizza and salad. One night I had an atomica on cauliflower and a simple salad. The other night had a traffic jam on gluten free . Both were good. The cauliflower was better.
Cons… the menus have a disclaimer (all prices subject to change) and they have. Everything was more than the menu said. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to be allergic to US wheat flour then expect to pay nearly double for your small pizza with a gluten free or cauliflower crust. (Gluten free is also vegan and the cauliflower is not), the cauliflower is better though. They take the medium price add like 4-5$ but then deliver a small gluten or cauliflower.
Like I said, good food if price is no object, but pretty expensive. I was staying nearby at aloft so this was convenient.

I was seeking true Neapolitan style pizza in the Westminster area and opted to try this place. Unfortunately the pizza – Margarita DOCG – was extremely disappointing. The ratio of tomatoes to cheese was way off and the outer crust edges were so dry and burnt that they cracked off in flakes and it was hard to eat. I ordered takeout and when I arrived the pizza was too big to fit in the box so somehow half of the pizza folded over and it was a mess. Luckily, I opened the box and spotted it. The service staff also did a great job proactively offering to remake it and did so promptly. I will probably never try this place again. The search for quality pizza continues.

The saddest pizza I ever had. The hawaiian and pepperoni pizza were very poor, no mozzarella just a different type of cheese that had nothing to do with the real cheese.. dry, small, insipid. Will never buy again pizza from Proto’s.

I went on a quiet night. The service was fine and I enjoyed the ambience (the music might be a bit load for a Tete-a-tete).
Gluten free pizza base option was available which I took. I suspect it want as yummy as their home made base.
Not that cheap. But tasty.

This pizza place is a hidden gem! Every time we eat here I am surprised that there is not a line out the door! We absolutely love the Low Rider pizza! The service is great and the pizza is hot and delicious! Worth the trip every time!

What a great boutique pizza place. If you have not tried it. I would recommend it. I came during a busy lunchtime and the service was still very attentive and friendly. The waiter checked on us plenty of times. We never had to wait for anything. The pizza we ordered was great. The crust is a thin flakey perfect thickness. There were plenty of toppings. The sizes of the pizzas were great. Stop in and give them a try. You won’t be sorry.

Ordered a cheese pizza to go got to the restaurant and a lady working just kept watching me stand there for 15+ minutes before I got to ask for my order and she was sitting there folding boxes watching me. When I got the pizza home half the crust was missing and the pizza was burnt for how expensive this pizza is I can’t believe this is the quality you get could order dominos and get a better pizza. Family was very disappointed in the service and food we were unable to eat half the pizza because how burnt the bottom was we will be ordering else where from now on.

The pizza is beyond great! The crust was even, the toppings were well seasoned and didn’t slide off the slices and the portion was spot on for the price.

It was so good!!! The perfect pizza in my opinion. Thin crust, brick oven-fired and just a little burnt on the bottom. 5-stars all day long.

“Staff Benefits Charge” added to bill. Wont be back until they stop this practice. Recommend others avoid too! Raise your prices if needed, but don’t tack on hidden charges to deceive customers!
