This is the second location we’ve visited, and we love the healthy, clean options that always taste delicious! This time we each got a shake and shared the Spicy Thai Wrap — it was full of flavor with lots of crunchy veggies. We also got a side of sweet potato. Our only small suggestion would be the ketchup — as a healthy restaurant, it would be great to see a lower-sugar or sugar-free option like Primal or even Heinz. Overall, a tasty and satisfying experience!

The place is a little pricey but i expected that going into it. The atmosphere is amazing and the place is really clean. The staff working were so kind and made the experience 10x better. They also present the food very well. Definitely recommend the chocolate monster pancakes!!

LOVE the customer service!! A+ for friendliness and super helpful staff! Accommodating too!! They gave us all the information about the foods. ABSOLUTELY LOVE they have GF + DF choices. Great coffee, but they need a DECAF choice + ceramic cups. Plastic kills the ambience of a great cup o’ joe. The hash was a bit light on flavor and spice. PB + JELLY pancakes were good. Could have used more peanut butter!! Next time I’ll try something more exotic!! Overall great experience. We will be back! Thank you!

The food here is very healthy and it tastes like it. Everything is so fresh tasting and the options here are very unique and I don’t think I could find a bison burger anywhere else in the Des Moines area unless I tried very very hard. This place is located in the perfect spot across from lifetime fitness in case you wanted to go work out and then have a nice filling meal afterwards.

I cannot wait to try everything on this menu, but it will be hard to not get this Ninja sandwich. The piece of Ahi Tuna was a big as my hand, cooked perfectly, (Med Rare) and outstanding price. Hubby had the protein pancakes. Both of our meals, plus 2 protein shakes was $44.00, and the shakes were huge! I did not work out this day, and still lost 2 pounds, with this as my cheat meal….. needless to say, it will be very hard to not want to come here every weekend. Wildly impressed with this place. Staff was super friendly and patient, since it was our first time there.
