Lisa made our visit to Prosecco Cafe truly special. I went with my fiancé, and from the moment we sat down she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, but it was really the service that made the experience even better. Lisa was attentive, kind, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be back and hope to be lucky enough to have her again!

Joe, the manager, is off the charts. He brought me a chair for my pocketbook that I placed on the floor and he asked the person at the next table from us (we were eating outside) to put their cigarette out because he noticed my friend at my table put a mask on because she is sensitive to the smell of smoke. Joe is amazing! He truly watches out for his customers! So impressed! And our waitress was great too. So much patience!

Joe, the manager is incredible. He noticed that a smoker seated outside, near us, didn’t seem to care that her smoke was blowing towards our table. Being asthmatic, I had to put my mask on to protect myself. He went over to the smoker and asked her to put out her cigarette out of consideration for us. Joe is very observant, personable, caring and the best manager ever.

Dinner was absolutely amazing. I ordered the steak and it was hands down the best steak I’ve had in a long time surprisingly so, in the best way. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My husband had the Caesar salad and loved it, and even the kids’ meals were a hit. The chicken fingers and cheeseburgers were excellent, which says a lot when kids clean their plates. Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

I got the Mediterranean brunch for me and my partner and it was so good and plenty. The sauces were so tasty! And the outdoor sitting really nice. I would probably prefer more shades at the outdoor tables, other than that the customer service outstanding! Fully recommended for brunch.
