All were certified bangers and I would definitely crush any and all on any given day, but the fish n chips really do steal the show. The batter and the crisp is pure perfection. Definitely worth the short ferry ride over from Seattle for sure. Can’t wait to make our way back over for some more .

From the sidewalk, the bar is located at the front and the restaurant is around the corner. We didn’t realize this until halfway through our meal when one of us needed to use the bathroom which was outside and around the corner.
The bar area is cute. The mural of the ferry and the whale is very well done.
Service was quick and the food came out promptly. Our whole group loved every bit of our food – fish tacos, fish and chips; I got the fish sandwich. The fish was cooked perfectly and the batter stuck to the fish without being too thick. We got a bit of all the sauces and our entire group could not get enough of the basil aioli!
We will be back!

We shared the lobster roll, chowder, and fish and chips. All were excellent and came out quickly over weekend lunch. The lobster roll had large chunks of lobster and the bread was toasted perfectly. The fish and chips was a very generous portion. The batter was nice and crisp. All very good value for the price.

Huge slab of fish! Perfectly cooked and salted just right. We also got a bowl of the clam chowder and it was delicious. Can’t say enough about the food. If you are in the area I would definitely come in and treat yourself to a great meal.
The staff were also friendly and welcoming. Top marks all around!

We found this place thanks to a nice lady at one of the gift shops in town! We went there for fish and chips but decided to go with the fish tacos. And they were delicious!! We have eaten fish tacos from many different places all over the country – and I am going to say these fish tacos were among the best we have ever had!! (If not the best!!)
You order at the counter and they bring you your food. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The reasturant is down the sidewalk on the side of the building. They have a bar at the front entrance.
They had a lot to offer on the menu and it all looked good as I watched it being delivered to customers. Serving sizes are on the large size.
If you like fish and chips or fish tacos this is your place!

BEWARE: Online pickup times are not accurate and there may be no notification if your order is ready. Plus the food is expensive with small portions.
I placed an online order and arrived at the exact pickup time listed. When I got there, it wasn’t on the pickup line, and I had to ask multiple times before learning it hadn’t been brought out. While I was waiting, I heard staff telling walk-ins the minimum wait was 45 minutes — which was already how long it had been since I placed my order.
There were no notifications or updates through the online system. The space is small and very busy, so you’re just standing there trying to figure out what’s happening.
After over an hour from when I placed the order, I went up to request a refund because I assumed it hadn’t been made. At that point, I was told it had been sitting in the back ready and getting cold. They said they had called me and showed me my correct phone number, but I did not receive a call. I had been standing there the entire time watching the counter.
I paid nearly $30 for one serving of cold food and lost well over an hour of my day off trying to pick it up. I asked for a refund and it was not provided.
I ended up eating the food cold and soggy. It was not good cold. Maybe it’s better fresh and hot, but fried fish and fries are not meant to sit in the back getting cold. It came with ~16 fries. I couldn’t believe it! $30 for a measly helping.
I understand being busy. But the lack of communication, the inaccurate pickup time, and the refusal to refund made this a really disappointing experience.
I would not return or suggested to anyone. Instead, try Harbor House. They have much better fish and chips and stronger customer service.

Best fish n chips I have had. Onion rings were delicious also. Nice place to eat. Staff were nice. Only complaint is for the price and size of the fish. The 1 very small included tartar is not enough haha. Yes you can buy more cause it is amazing.

This place is always packed and for good reason. The very generous portions of crispy fried fish and fries cannot be beat. The tacos were good but didn’t have enough sauce or salt on them so they tasted a bit bland. Service was meh – they forgot my order and also got it mixed up.

We were finally able to make it out there. When we heard London style, we jumped all our it. We’ve been to London, so we really wanted to try the fish and chips. There’s more items on their menu. We mainly went to see what the fish and chips were all about. The staff was nice and the vibe was pretty chill. The bar and restaurant were separated, but we figured it was because they’re not able to or not aloud to remove a wall or something. Regardless, its a nice spot!
The fish and chips were ordered was really good. Pretty close to a London style. The only thing i would upgrade is the pea puree. The taste was off compared to what we tried. Other than that, we enjoyed it.
Overall, we like this spot. We plan on coming back to the other items in the menu 🙂

Coming from the United Kingdom we were genuinely excited to try this place after hearing it served London style fish and chips. Having spent time in London, we were keen to see how it would measure up, and we were pleasantly surprised. The fish and chips were well cooked and fairly close to a proper British taste.
If I were to be a bit picky, pardon me on that, the portion of fish felt slightly small for the price and the single serving of tartar sauce could have been more generous. The mushy peas could do with a bit of improvement as well. That said, we really enjoyed the experience overall and the quality of the food certainly stood out. Nice one.
