Took half an hour to get our order of 2 breakfast meals. There were people who waited longer than us. Then our order was wrong. There were no clean tables in the dining room. We cleaned our own table to sit down. Staff complained out loud for all customers to hear about how they were short staffed, so customers needed to stop complaining about having to wait or they could leave. It was the worst experience.

Raise your wages, and higher more staff. They had to close early because of staffing issues. Then the staff was so burnt out you could tell they were stressed. I wasn’t too upset with the sass because I could tell why. Burning out your staff wears them down and it affects the service they give. Food was McDonald’s food. So it was normal McDonald’s quality. Some days it tastes great to you, and other days it’s McDonald’s and you were hungry.

Got to drive in 10 min before end of breakfast…girl told me to wait…at 10:26 I spoke to box to say I wanted to order breakfast so she begrudgingly took my order…waited behind 5 cars..got to window to pay..drove to next window and was told to pull up and wait…4 cars in front of me..saw my grandson who placed an online order 45 mins ago sitting in line…I waited 20 min for a cold bagel with burnt bacon and cheese wasn’t even melted. So bad…will not go here again. So disappointed!

Took 30 minutes to get breakfast on a Sunday morning. Ordered at 10:21am and received food at 10:51am. Manager that brought out food slid it on our table and walked away, no apologies was given for the long delays and nobody seemed to care here. This is the worst MCD and I’ll never go back. Seem to be plenty of people working in back for the slow food.

Place was nasty and extremely slow. Management was there, several workers just standing around and the place was a mess. The trash was over flowing, ketchup dispenser was very low so it would explode all over the place when pumping & get all over you and the counter, yet no one was refilling or cleaning the mess up. Probably the worst McDonald’s we’ve been to. Flys flying around the restaurant and landing on our food. Took a few minutes to be addressed to order and then when they approached the register, we greeted them and literally got no response back so just began ordering. They seemed annoyed that we showed up to their facility to eat breakfast. Do not go to this place. Guess you can act like a jerk in a small town McDonald’s when it’s one of the only places to eat.
