We came for our valentines brunch and loved everything about it! I had the chicken cibatta sandwich, my husband had the grilled cheese and we shared the sweet bun roll! The taro milk tea and caramel cloud coffee was good. Everything was amazing the owner is the sweetest! We will def come back!

Hidden gem — a must-try! We stumbled upon this place and 10/10 recommend. The staff was super friendly and kind, and the coffee was amazing.
We also tried the chocolate chip and s’mores cookies — both were delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try more options.

I recently visited this new bakery, and I’m definitely coming back. The loaded breakfast burrito was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made—every pastry looks like it was crafted with real care. Ken was very attentive, making me feel welcome the moment I walked in. This place has a great atmosphere and selection. It is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again.

Proper is a new restaurant that opened 3 weeks ago! It’s tucked away in a business area so there’s plenty of parking.
The owners are so sweet and accommodating. Everything is made in- house and they have everything including cookies, croissants, cinnamon rolls. I like savory goods for breakfast and got the jalapeno cheddar bun. It was nice and fluffy and something that wasn’t too heavy.
My partner got the loaded breakfast burrito and it was delicious! The eggs are fluffy and they really load it w flavor since they add the salsa in the mix as well. He was satisfied and food coma-ed in the car.
We will definitely be back. Not a lot of traffic since they’re still new but hopefully we can check out their sweet items.

Great little spot that just opened up a few months ago! Was able to get a fresh brewed cup of coffee even later in the afternoon, the owner mentioned they only use fresh ground each time so the coffee doesn’t sit all day and taste burnt! We also tried a few cookies, very fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back to try their lunch items!

We eat out once per week, and this week decided to try this bakery. The lavender latte with a touch of mocha was a custom drink with a flavor reminiscent of coconut but the coffee itself was aromatic and mellow. The kochele pastry (hot dog in croissant bun) was soft, flavorful, and not dry.

Amazing food and drinks! Support small local family owned businesses like this one! I went in with my wife and kids and everyone enjoyed their food, even the picky little eaters we have. The Breakfast burritos were big and flavorful, good ratio of filling to tortilla. Salsa was flavorful, not too spicy, a great combination. The cinnamon roll was warm, fresh, and amazingly good! I’d recommend eating that in house while it’s hot and fresh. Their baked goods were also delicious with a nice variety of flavors. We’ll definitely be back and support good food from good people!
