This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! The staff is incredibly friendly. The service is wonderful even when the place is busy. The indoor seating gives out cozy, friendly vibes. The outdoor deck seating takes full advantage of the nice FL weather. It is very relaxing place to sit while doing work. They have seasonal menu rotations that are always delicious! If you like plants there are plant clipping you can take to grow your own plants!

If you’re in the Apopka area and looking for a quick bite and good coffee you have to try the propagate social house!
I dropped by here after visiting a state park in the area because it was dog friendly.
The Bourbon latte was amazing and the bacon, egg and cheese was perfect.
It’s all fairly customizable as well with non dairy options.
They have a really cute patio area to eat with your dog which was great because I always feel bad when I being my dog inside places.
The pup cups are adorable and it came out a slice of bacon ! – which got no complaints for the pup at all!
The staff was cheerful and friendly even showing me a few things around the area to do for fun.
The only “critique” I would give this place is that it hard to identify off of the street so more signage would be amazing, but overall I would recommend going out of your way to try Propagate Social House!

I haven’t tried their food but I didn’t like thei drinks! Went here after a Pilates session but unfortunately, the drinks are not that great. I would love to see improvements in case we come back.

No gluten free options which is less than ideal but my real problem is that I ordered a 16 oz chai and it was literally half empty when they handed it to me. On top of that, the chai itself was not very good. Why did I pay more for 16 oz if I got 8 oz worth of chai. Lame.

Very cute place. We got pistachio iced lattes with oat milk, sausage egg and cheese on a Portuguese roll, and salmon handheld on a bagel. Everything was delicious. The young lady with the green glasses was excellent and it was her recommendation I get the sausage sandwich on the Portuguese roll and I have to say she was right. It does go well together! I noticed vegan options on the menu as well. The whole place has nonpretentious hipster plant mom vibes and honestly it works.

I was told about this cute little place by a friend. My daughter and I decided to drop in for lunch and it was a great decision. I ordered the California Club (pictured) and it came with chips. Both the sandwich and chips were delicious. My daughter had the Turkey Melt (I did not get photo) and it was great. The freshness of the entire sandwich and bread were amazing. They had many varieties of coffees and sodas and a beautiful patio outside. The service was as enjoyable as the meal.
I would recommend stopping in for a bite or coffee.

Cute little location. Staff doesn’t clean the tables and if you want to eat, you have to get there 1 hour before they close because we got there at 3 pm, picked a menu in front of the cashier, when to grab a seat and decide what we wanted and by the time we got to the cashier at 3:25 pm, I was not even greeted with a hello! How can I assist? Nothing. No smile. Just a stare. So I said okay… I’ll have croque monsieur and she said, “I already cleaned the hot foods. So I’m done cooking for today. Lol okay. “ I also paid extra for 16 oz. Friends, here is my 16 oz. At least I can smell the peanut butter.

Everything was so amazing! The atmosphere is so aesthetic and comfortable, you feel very peaceful. The mimosas are very tasty, we also had the matcha and it was awesome! We came for the monday night barbecue and it was all so tasty and flavorful. Definitely a go to for a nice date night! Also the staff is so helpful and kind! 10s all across the board!

Super cute little coffee shop! Has lots of charm and a nice spacious outdoor area that I will love to come back to in the evening, they have live music too!
You scan a QR that takes you to the menu and you can place your order through there as well and they bring it out to you. I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich that was VERY good and not one but two coffees because I just had to try them. My first was the creme brulee coffee and the 2nd was the Tahini biscoff..I’m not sure which one I loved more because they were both very good. I would love to come back again and explore the menu some more. The espresso spritzer my friend got was super unique I had never tasted anything like that before. All the drinks were good. Service was fast. And the price was reasonable.

Nice atmosphere, cozy with some plants.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The Avocado Toast looked fancy and was delicious.
The Vegan Breakfast sandwich was made with Tofu instead of some funkier options, which was a pleasant surprise. It was also quite good.
