We ordered a carryout. The website said that our order would be ready in 13 minutes. Great! We got there in 15 minutes, only to find out that they hadn’t started preparing our order. Upon our arrival, they started preparing it. Red flag #1.

We ordered pizzas in the evening around 10 PM after a very long day. When my husband got to the store to pick up the pizzas, the door was locked so he knocked. The workers saw him through the glass door, ignored him, and turned their backs on him as if he didn’t exist. Our pizzas were on the counter ready to go. He knocked again and again. No one answered until finally one of them came over to open the door and claims he “didn’t hear or see” him outside. It’s a glass door and window store front–AND they saw 100% outside since they literally locked eyes with him and saw him. They just chose to ignore! Also, why lock the establishment when they were still open at 10:15 PM?

One of my meals tonight was a thin crust, spinach Alfredo and feta cheese without onions. I got a hand toast FULL of onions! I called the store and they offered me a replacement, which I accepted. When it arrived, I opened the box, and I had a VERY HARD TIME finding spinach, feta, or cheese on this “work of art” Domino’s decided to send me. Customer service and care at its BEST! Never ordering Domino’s AGAIN!

Made an online order at 7:59pm, 7 med pizzas, website was giving me issues so I called to confirm order did go thru, took like 10 mins before my call even got picked up, guy who answered confirmed my order and I even added 2 lt cokes I hadn’t been able to order online (was charged separately for those) he told me it would take about 45 mins for my order to be delivered. At around 9:11pm we still hadn’t received our order and tried calling, we couldn’t get thru. At around 9:30pm we decided to drive to the store and they had the receipt just hanging there and hadn’t even started our order!!!! 1 hr and a half after placing and confirming it they hadn’t started working on the order!!! We were told we could wait 20 mins for the pizzas and they would refund only delivery and tip, or we could get full refund but no food! Worst customer service ever! Worst part is at my dad’s office he orders weekly from dominos for the whole office, we will be taking our business elsewhere…
