A+mazing! My friends and I came here last night. I got the ceaser salad, with black garlic ceaser dreasing. Im never eating ceaser salad without the black garlic again; 5/5 ☆.

The staff here are super kind and make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend. A group of us rented their karaoke room to celebrate Valentine’s Day and had such a great time. We will definitely be back soon. They decorate the whole place so amazing with cool hidden gems. Such a blast and they drinks were amazing.

The staff are amazing and make you feel right at home. Samantha was on point with my order, super attentive and friendly, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly. You can really tell the chef knows what he’s doing — every bite was packed with flavor and care.
As a local business in Pasco, Proof is exactly the kind of place we need more of: great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’m already planning to come back for a drink with my wife and try more of the menu. Highly recommend supporting this local spot — you won’t be disappointed!

The menu changes sometimes…they had many burgers to choose from.
I went with the pulled pork nachos, def smothered in tasty sauces. Had leftovers to take home. Wish there were some higher protein options with beans, chicken pieces, wraps, or smaller salads for a light bite or Al carte menu options. Like chicken sate, chili, or tuna melt, side of cottage cheese, etc.
There is a small bar & lounge next door if you just want a more intimate place to hang out. It is called the Juicebox.
We went back & tried the smokeyBBQ burger, it was okay, would try something different next time. Had a classic Moscow Mule which was excellent.
Employees are wonderful, our waitress was super attentive.

If we ever come to Proof, we like to get there for early dinner or even a lunch. Seems like when it’s busy, the service can’t keep up at times and dinner can take a lot longer than a hour. Other than that food and drinks are always delicious. The workers are friendly and the place stays clean.

I would not recommend this restaurant at all, we got seated and spent about 20 min waiting till our server (Tianna)finally came, we got stared at by the staff and other customers like we didn’t belong in there .( both my bf and I are Mexican and both wearing black sweat pants and a hoodie ) I felt like the vibe was racist and felt unsafe immediately. We got our food after about 45 min later (pork birria tacos and the shrimp tacos) and it was flavorless and had some sort of hard plastic like piece in side my meat when we were about to get the check, my bf used the bathroom, which then I got stared down by my server as she hovered next to my table as if she were expecting me to dine and dash. When my bf got back, our serve immediately disappeared to the back and left us waiting for again another 20 min till another one of the servers (blonde and very nice) asked if we needed the check and checked us out. One of the worst experiences and the tables are so close together you can’t hear one another talk . Also the owner says they hire minority’s (since they wanna reply) but the only servers and workers I saw were white people. Hope this helps anyone who thinks to try Proof!

Service was great, food was just okay. Same menu as the Kennewick location, but not as good atmosphere. Margarita was overly salty, seems it was mixed into the glass instead of on the rim. Steak salad had a few 1/4″ cube of avocado in it, which I guess qualifies to say it’s an ingredient. ‘Killer’ mac n cheese was meh – it would have been a lot better had the bacon been large pieces instead of tiny bits and shavings mixed throughout. Bacon bits overkill, and chicken was tough.

Super cute place with a great environment and unique menu! Our food and drinks were amazing, and our server was super friendly and all over it, even with the entire restaurant packed to the brim at 1 pm on a Saturday. Wish I would have got her name, she deserves to be recognized! 10/10 would recommend.

Went to Proof and was sat in the Arcade next door. The food was great, but the bill came with some surprises: fries that were supposed to come with the burger were extra, and there was a service fee even though it was just the two of us. We even got two bills (one for drinks, one for food), which made things a little confusing.
Proof really is a nice spot, and I don’t mind paying a bit more. I just wish the extra charges were built into the price or shown on the menu. That way I can enjoy the meal without feeling like I’m playing “guess the hidden fees.”
I usually tip generously, but this left me unsure. The server was wonderful and clearly just following policy, but the system makes it awkward for everyone.
Probably will just stay home and share a bottle of wine next time.
