We’ve been a few times. It was good the first time. Great pizza, great fries, great service. We were excited to have a good place so close to the middle of nowhere.
The last couple times I’ve only gone because I was out-voted. The fries are far too greasy and tend to taste like whatever else they use the oil to fry.
The pizza has gone downhill due to substitution of poorer quality ingredients.
For instance, the last time I was told that there was no point in ordering both ground beef and meat balls because the beef would be the meatballs. Then I was told there was no point in ordering the meatballs and sausage because the sausage would be the meatballs. I guess if its brown and meat-like they put the poor quality Italian sausage on.
Also, we got sick. It was either the artichoke dip or the ketchup. Both tasted off to me. I think the big jug of ketchup they keep out with no refrigeration was likely the culprit.

The food has always been good. I don’t know that I will eat there again though. Tonight, I ordered $40 food and after running my credit card realized I had not ordered a drink. I asked if I could have a cup of water and was told they would have to charge me $0.38. I was not going to run $0.38 on my credit card and had no cash so I had $40 of food and nothing to drink.

Was not very happy about this place at all tonight. Ordered for myself, husband, and son. Got the order out pretty quick, but husbands calzone was missing an item and had an item on there he asked to be removed. Took it up to be fixed and no one said sorry, then I found a long black hair in my salad. Took that up to the counter and no one apologized for that either just gave me my money back really quick after they saw how disgusted I was with it. 36 weeks pregnant and I didnt want to eat anything after that. Very unhappy about this and probably wont go back!!!

I usually have a great and very pleasurable experience at this restaurant, but today was not the best day in food or customer service. We ordered three salads and a calzone. The calzone was great, but the salads had brown lettuce. When we called and told the server about our salads, one individual told us to return the salads and we would get a refund. Sounds great right? Well, when we returned our salads we received the worst customer service ever. The young lady server was extremely rude and disrespectful. She questioned our truth(we were all teachers), and she disagreed with us. The older woman, however, was a bit better and worked with us. This really soured our taste towards Prontos!!!!

The most horrible customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered a peperonie and cheese calzone with toppings and when they served it the middle was raw! No big deal I would just have them cook another one! The man who came to the table took our food away and marinara cups only to return with the same food reheated and same sauces! On top of that brought the half eaten bite back and same food now burnt!!Wow and he still at that point has never even said I’m sorry or I’ll be right back or anything just took our food in silence and dissapeared! I don’t know about you guys but that’s scary and very unsanitary!!!! Will not be eating there ever again! I never asked for the money back cause that was not the issue but that was the worst service I have gotton at one of those establishments ever!

I would have loved to place an order because I hear how great the food is. However,. I was put on hold for an extended period of time and hung up on twice. I called back four times and did not get an answer. I’m sure the food is great, too bad I can’t find out.

So my daughter ordered for herself, husband and son. Got the items pretty quickly, however, my son in law was missing an item on his calzone as well as something was on there that he asked for it not to be and I found a hair in my salad. My son in law went to take his calzone up for them to fix it and they just took it and didnt apologize or anything and then I found the long black hair in my salad and took it up and NO one said they were sorry for that either!! That is unacceptable and I was ready to walk out. Gave money back for the salad but other than that, nothing else done not even an apology. Very disappointed and not sure I will come back!!!

Their pasta is ridiculous. You order a shrimp Alfredo pasta, and they LITERALLY only give you 5 shrimp. It’s not like they’re jumbo shrimp. They’re average size. They water down their Alfredo sauce and wants to charge you $3 for extra. They used to give more shrimp with the pasta. Now, it seems like they’re in it to make money and cut the cost at the expense of the customer. It’s ridiculous that anyone would think 5 shrimp on a plate full of pasta would be alright.

This place is awesome. The pizza and gralic knots were awesome. I liked the atmosphere as well. No servicers, you order your food sit down and they bring it to you. You can take out and have delivery.

Tried to order a chicken brocolli pasta online, but when you clicked on it it asked what kind of meat for 3.99. We called to see if it came with chicken and that was for extra chicken or if you had to pay an upcharge for the chicken. The employee wasnt sure so we just ordered over the phone. Then we asked for delivery and he said they didn’t deliver, but online it says they do and they have a delivery vehicle…… then they my husband goes into to get the food do he pays and the food is not ready yet. He takes a seat and they sit the food down at another table while he is right there. So a CUSTOMER told him it was ours since the employees couldn’t seem to do so.
