The buffalo chicken wrap is literally one of the best things I’ve ever had in my entire life. I have to fight the urge not to pull-in every time I drive past and I fail almost every time. I get the buffalo chicken wrap when I’m having a bad day, when I’m having a good day, honestly I’ll take their buffalo chicken wrap any day. Pronto makes even the best day 10x better. 10/10 recommend this place, their buff chick wrap and their chick caeser wrap. Immaculate stuff. Adding Pronto buffalo chicken wrap to my Christmas list right now.

called the shop and asked them to make a large caesar salad pizza and 2 different salads.

got a call 20 mins later saying “the pizza guy, the GM, has left and we can’t make any pizzas today. i was told to shut the pizza oven about down 3 hours ago”.

crazy stuff. how do you have pizzas on your menu and then you take an order, but then can’t fulfill it?

We had planned to get our dinner here after few drinks and apps at Malibu ..so walked in at 7:25 pm knowing they will be closing at 8 …and guess what!!!! They denied us and said they were closed for tonight even though it clearly says on the door and everywhere they close at 8!!!! And i am not here to rant but they were laughing at us. Grrrrd
So please stick to your words, if you close at 8… you close at 8 or earliest at 7:45 maybe!

The food is fresh and the location and place are quaint. The manager who was there the day I visited is very friendly and welcoming. These things however do not make up for the lack of flavor and high price at Pronto. It is a great place for a Low/No Sodium Diet. I just wish I knew that before setting up an expectation that I would taste something once the food hit my palate.The tomato veggie soup that I had there was pretty good, but the salad and wrap tasted like they had absolutely no flavor. Also, the portions were on the small side. I would come back again to see if the experience I had was a one off (judging by all the other 5 star reviews) but for now 3 stars it is.

Very small place with like 4 tables – I guess mostly takeout? Pizza was pretty good, but my wife’s salad was very skimpy. She had soup that taste pretty good, but the presentation in a paper bowl wasn’t too impressive. I think the owner was there – he was friendly. I’m not sure I’d go back with so many other good restaurant choices in the area.

I have been coming here for quite a while and love the salads. Taste great, but feel like they are getting smaller every time I go. For a premium price, you would expect that the salad would not be 2 inches off the top of the bowl. If the bowls are now larger, let me know.

My husband and I are visitors to the Fairfield area. There are numerous eateries nearby, so we checked the reviews. Pronto is highly rated and we soon discovered why! The friendly staff helped us (as newbies) with our selections. We both chose their most popular item, the Southwestern as a wrap (salad version is available, also). Everything is fresh and made to order…so no problem customizing to suit vegetarians and meat-lovers alike. In fact, you can choose the “Create your own” option! After ordering, we discovered that the pleasant fellow serving the completed dishes is Glen, one of the owners! We enjoyed his informative conversation, spectacular wraps, and even took a pizza to go for later! Pronto is tiny, personal, a great value for exceptional food!

My fiance and I stopped here quick on a Monday afternoon. Great menu and my fiance enjoyed his wrap. However the reason for the poor review was because of one of the workers that I noticed in the kitchen (the kitchen is open for customers to see food being made). The girl working was wearing gloves to prepare the food, however I witnessed her touching her what appear stained shirt twice in order to adjust her bra, then continued to prepare food using the same gloves. My fiance isn’t squeamish however I am and could not order anything after witnessing that. I think management should be aware of the her and take action.
