Absolutely amazing work done on my cake for Arabic theme party for one day. Every single detail was made so accurately. The arab guy on top had every single nail manicured on his feet, the camels body was cut to perfection. The cake came out better then I expected. Thank you so much. Thank you, Princess Bakery! What a positive experience from placing the order, to pickup and enjoying the final product. We called pretty last minute needing a cake smash cake for our daughter and they were so incredibly helpful and more accommodating than I could have imagined. First, I just told them a color and they came up with a beautiful design idea right over the phone. They made sure to call before they closed to make sure we picked up our cake since they were closed the following day. My daughter loved it, the cake came out beautiful in photos, and it was delicious and my family really enjoyed it. Everyone I interacted with from the phone call to pickup were so kind, and I honestly expected to pay more for such a beautiful tall cake smash cake. Great experience, and we will continue to come back.

My family has been purchasing cakes and pastries for special occasions (and random days) from this bakery for years. Sadly, today will be the last day. I ordered a cake for a family members birthday and when I went to pick it up the girl behind the counter disappeared in the back. It appeared as if they forgot to make my cake and were trying to come up with a solution. I thought I was lucky enough to find one cake left in the type I wanted, but the writing on the cake was so atrocious that everyone laughed at me when I took it out of the box. You can’t even tell that it says happy birthday and the girl behind the counter couldn’t even remove it and try to fix it. Terrible customer service for a loyal customer!! Unfortunately it was late and all other bakeries were closed. I’m extremely disappointed by the treatment I received today after years and thousands of dollars spent.

This place is my new favorite in town. Very friendly staff, accommodating and so much choices in flavor. Ordered my son’s cake here with Nutella filling, his favorite, and everyone complimented the taste and the cost very reasonable. I will go here for everything. *I added the toys.

I was super excited to try this place but am very disappointed. I called them about a week ago to order my boyfriend’s 25th birthday cake. I told them to decorate it however they thought for a 25 year old man , nothing crazy but to look cute ! I come in , got my cake and it was half decorated on the sides , and the writing was crooked on the cake not even centered. It didn’t look like they put any thought or work into it at all! Besides that, the cake was terrible and had an awful taste. It was super dry and sour tasting . Definitely not even close to worth it for the $50 that I spent !Super disappointing!

This bakery used to be amazing. This is the second time, I have purchased a stale cake. I asked if it was made that day, as I was bringing it to someone. I was told yes. That cake was sitting there for days. I will be bringing it back to them in Tuesday
