I took great neice to the playscape. We went in to play then order food, allow her to play afyer food. Some young adults come in cursing which I stopped immediately. NOT McDonalds fault but insult to I jury is when I ordered food, the machine didn’t give me the receipt so I missed the receipt number. Young lady at counter didn’t find receipt, looking unenthused..maybe a bad day but she called for manager who had same look and attitude. Shameful that I have to go further out to feel more respected while paying for your product. I won’t be return.

Online order was prepaid for through the app. When I showed up to pick up the order, I was informed by the cashier that they hadn’t received payment, even though I can see the payment pending on my banking app. The rude cashier refused to serve my meal to me. They took my money and didn’t provide the product I paid for. Called multiple times to try and resolve this with a manager, and my phone was ignored each time. Couldn’t speak to anyone in regard to this. Shameful!

Ordered with the mobile app at 10:58 pm. I arrive at the drive thru at 10:59 pm, listen the the recorded ad and if I’m using the mobile app. I state that I’m using the app. After 4 minutes an individual comes on and states that they are closed and that they closed at 11 pm. What about an order from the mobile app, ” I don’t know how that would work”.
I drive off and stop about a mile from there and call this location. I explained that I had made an attempt to pickup a mobile order and was told that they are closed. I asked the person on how to go about receiving a refund from the mobile app then. They tried to explain that there was an option under order details to cancel the order. I went to the details and found the cancel order option. Guess what, you can’t cancel an order after it has already started being prepped. I even read this part to this individual and they acted like it was news to them. So, how do I get my money returned then? I don’t know how that works, I’m not to tech savvy with the app. Okay, I’ll file a complaint in the morning and call my bank to put a stop payment on this transaction.
It seems as if the franchisee and corporate don’t communicate effectively and have poor training on the use of their mobile app.
Mobile app and Google maps both have this location as the drive thru closing at 12 am, not at 11 pm as stated during my drive thru experience.

I ordered door dash today 2/23/26, I ordered 2 mcchickens extra mayo, 2 apple pies and 2 large fries. When I got the order, fries were cold, I only had 1 apple pie and I had 1 mcchicken with no lettuce. And I’m confused on this as sandwiches that are specialty made have stickers on them an it says fc/which means front counter… I go here a lot cause it’s close to home but without a car I have to door dash and lately they been messing up orders in drive thru and door dash expecially with the money being spent and not getting the correct order ♀️

Very clean quick service and friendly. Smpothie was good. It was 12 noon on Saturday and not busy. Playland was clean and they were actually filling up soap in the bathroom.

Not anymore!! After getting breakfast yesterday, you’ve lost a customer.
Hopefully I can load pics . The hash browns were pulled too soon out of the oil, middle was soggy. Steak was burnt. One biscuit was hard, the other was soggy?!?!?
I ordered through the app, and STILL sat at the pick up window for 10 mins. Why wasn’t I pulled forward???

This food isn’t even edible… waste of money. Went right into the trash… waited 20 minutes in drive through because lady said they was short staffed.. no probldm.. I get home thinking well at least the food will be fresh but nope… cold hard fries… cold hard burgers… 16 dollars for food to end in the trash… im so disappointed.

I’m giving a great review cause. I had called the store at 11:30pm to see if they are taking orders through drive through they said yes until 12am. And when my husband got there like they told him they shut down the grill 10 minutes early on accident, and so we couldn’t get what we wanted. So we are not very happy

This McDonald’s has their act together! This is my 2nd time patronalizing this location. Each time, I experienced fast, accurate, and friendly service!
I tend to ask for my meal prepared fresh, and that’s never been an issue. It’s always worth the wait. I recommend going inside to place your order as their drive-thru line seemed to be long each time I visited around noon.
The new Mac sauce dip is a new favorite of mine as well. Again, if you are craving McDonald’s, this location on van dyke in Warren is the one to goto!
