Tried Primos again for the first time in a couple years since I saw it had new ownership. HUGE improvement. The lasagna i had was delicious and the bread that accompanied it had that perfect blend of crunchy crust while still chewy. The bread was also brushed with a really flavorful something that greatly enhanced an already good loaf.

I loved Primos before but I love them even more now! This is a restruant you expect in Bristol or JC, so it’s refreshingly to have a nice Italian place so close by in Piney!! They’ve really outdone themselves with the remodel and improvement with their menu. It has so much variety now! Staff is great the last few times we’ve been, very kind. I’m going to personally call out Ramone for representing the business so well. I told him I loved Alfredo sauce, so he provided a small sample with the dish I ordered and I dipped my bread in it. To have someone listen and act, especially in the busy Restaurant atmosphere, it takes a person to listen with intentionality and means a lot from a customer perspective. So far we’ve had the spicy pasta, calzones, Philly, spaghetti, and pizza… all has truly been amazing quality. I’ll be in soon to order an Alfredo dish next!! Oh, I forgot the cannolis! I’m SO picky and I won’t touch a cannoli not made to order, they make their cannolis to order!

This place is amazing now!! You can definitely tell the place has new ownership!! I walked in to pickup my order and just the dine in side was awesome! I knew right then our pizza was going to be delicious!! And it was definitely our new pizza place so close to home

Under New Management. Decided to try since it’s new owners, and they did not disappoint. Probably the best Italian food I’ve had in this area. Serving was huge (lasagna) and came with fresh hot bread! Service was great and the place is very clean. Red sauce was spot on!

Now that this restaurant is under New Management the food is fantastic. I just had the best steak salad I’ve had in years. Perfect medium rare steak onions, oranges carrots banana peppers and fresh spring mix greens.

We were in the area last night, out a little later than normal for dinner. Thought we’d try Primo’s.
Nice quiet place but I guess it’s because we were the only ones there. They seem to have a pretty good takeout business with pizzas.
The pasta, well we were glad to eat it cuz we were pretty hungry. We’re both recovering from sinus infection or heavy cold or something, so I hate to rate the food on my taste buds.. but neither of us were impressed with the taste.

If you have tried them before, you MUST try them again. The new owners have stepped up and made the restaurant wonderful. Our food and service was outstanding, and we are thankful they have brought back Italian to Piney Flatts!

I wanted to make sure to review this spot because my personal experience here was fantastic. The very nice woman at the counter greeted me and was extremely welcoming and friendly the entire time throughout my visit. I ordered onion rings and the fried mushrooms for a late night snack/craving that I was having and I have to say that from now on…this is my go to for excellent mouth watering onion rings and fried mushrooms. The ranch dressing was super good also. I definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you.
