Located on the first floor of The Grand Doubletree Hilton in Downtown Miami, we’re proud to have served locals and travelers alike with quality homemade pastas and classic Italian dishes. Described as an “upscale casual eatery,” our boutique dining room offers the ideal family dinner experience and our modern bar is perfect for grabbing a drink with a friend and watching your favorite team play on our large flatscreen televisions. What an amazing time i had, from the moment we got there we where welcome with open arms by Ugo and Ilaria the managers if the restaurant. We stayed at the Doubletree and this was a convenient choice AND the food was delicious! We had the Americana Breakfast and it was perfect. The coffee was good as well! So glad it was close by (downstairs). You can’t miss it when you enter the Grand Retail mall. Enjoy!

This was our first time dining here and it was a great experience! Eva our server was friendly and attentive, the drinks were very good, and food was so tasty. The chicken wings and meatballs were fantastic! The burger with an egg on it was my husband’s favorite burger with an egg he has ever tried. And the rum cake was moist and tasted so good! Definitely better than most hotel restaurants out there. We will be back for sure the next time we are in Miami!

I had dinner here with my family, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They offer a bites menu starting at just $1, and the freshness of every dish is truly impressive.
Chef Ugo has such positive energy — you can feel the love and passion he puts into everything he does. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, the music is perfectly balanced, and the service is outstanding.

During my stay in Miami, I stayed at the DoubleTree, and the day before our cruise we decided to have breakfast at Primo’s Restaurant. It turned out to be one of the most amazing breakfasts I’ve ever had — delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and a truly unique flavor.
The service was fast and efficient, but what really made the experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the Italian girl who served us (unfortunately I don’t remember her name). She made us feel right at home with her genuine smile and impeccable professionalism.
When we come back to Miami, Primo’s will definitely be a must-stop!

Even though the building is still under construction and the entrance isn’t very inviting, once you step inside, everything changes: the restaurant becomes a true temple of pleasure.
The oysters are absolutely delicious, and the pizza is an outstanding product — truly one of the best we’ve had.
