This was our 2nd try with this restaurant and I guarantee that we will NOT be back. Unfortunately, same experience different day. We had to call 4 times to get anyone to answer the phone. We placed our order, 2 meat lasagna. The cost was over $35. We received 2 small little pieces of lasagna (1 piece per order) with some lasagna soup sauce and a piece of bread each. A salad is not included, as that would be an additional charge, so no salad. In addition to the order being a small, the food was not that good. The sauce tase like it was store bought from a jar and part of the meat in the lasagna was made of steak-ums. Take a look at the picture of the lasagna valued at over $15 per person. Sad that Unicoi County doesn’t have any real Italian to choose from.

We only went here because the Los Jalepenos next door was randomly closed. Husband ordered the baked penne, son had the kids spaghetti, I had the grilled chicken salad. The adult portion was basically the same size as the kids portion but double the price. We left and had to order more food at the hardys for my husband. The noodles are very over cooked. As if they’ve been cooked twice. The table and floors were sticky and we were just in time for lunch, it wasn’t busy at all so I don’t think there should have been a delay in cleaning properly. There’s marinara sauce all over the walls too. On the positive side, the grilled chicken salad was good. The lettuce was crisp and the chicken had good flavor. But not good enough that we would come back.

We hadn’t eaten here in a long time and picked up a to go order today. I ordered baked spaghetti and meatballs. BF ordered the deluxe Calzone. He hasn’t tried it yet but I tried mine. Sauce was watery and flavorless, meatballs were totally bland and hardly any mozzarella cheese on it.I was so disappointed.Spent $15 just on my meal. Won’t be going back. My advice, go to Olive Garden or pretty much anywhere else.

Everything tasted delicious! I got the spicy chicken bowtie pasta and loved it! Our server was friendly and very ontop of refills and bringing our food out. Would for sure come back!

My chicken was very dry. The sauces were all bland and runny like they hadn’t drained the pasta well. The meatballs were also super bland. The fried mushrooms were tasteless and watery. Really everything was just bland and tasted like it was microwaved and/or from a can. It was also all overpriced. We would have been better off with some frozen dinner lasagna, or maybe even spaghettios. The service was fine, but the room was very warm. If not for the storm front blowing into the open door it would have been HOT. Don’t waste your time and money.

It was ok. Not terrible but definitely not my favorite Italian restaurant. I’ve eaten there 3 or 4 times and I don’t think their is air-conditioning in the restaurant, so it’s always super stuffy. The service was ok. They kept my drink full and checked on me regularly. I went at 2p.m. so it wasn’t busy.

The old lady waiting on tables is a angry horrible person-I watched her scream at a child for spilling a drink an the parents were so embarrassed they just left an didn’t even finish their food-I got mine to go-there is no sense in this lady screaming at people she’s evil and if you ask her a question she just snapped at you. She is awful. I just asked her for a refill and she started growling at me. The food here is awesome. It’s just that old lady needs to go. She is awful. I watch people come in and leave just the way that she was talking to them. This ain’t good for business.
