Here at DOVE M Bistro, our daily goal is to create, serve and enjoy Chinese food. We love fresh food, flavorful food, food that’s in season, and food that’s …

Glad we stopped in this nice little tucked away restaurant. Ordered a few different dishes and all were very tasty! They have a very large variety of main dishes , hard to choose. Waitress was nice , food was fresh and delicious, decently priced and good portions. Nice decor clean restaurant. What I really liked was food was not salty or greasy, even the tea was fresh and not canned. Lots of parking. Will be back and soon. lol a few bites in before we decided to get a photo.

Nothing special about it other than the interior. The food is sub par and nothing to rave about, i orderd the green tea and unfortunatly it tastes like hose water from a kiddy pool with very low quality tea, the prices are fair but honestly id pay more to eat at panda or grain river. Another thing is the waitress, she seems genuinly frustrated at everything but was very happy to see we were ready to leave.

Used to be one of our favorite places for dining in, as well as take out. Service was absolutely terrible our last dine-in visit. Server was rude and she seemed so annoyed we were even dining there. Tossed napkins at us, ignored when I would ask her a question, and just generally seemed pissed off… until she gave us the bill that is. When she came to give me the bill, her attitude was suddenly so friendly and talkative.
I will be finding a new place I guess. Bummed about this because it’s close to where we live and the food is pretty good.

We are new in town, and we decided to try this restaurant. Wonderful experience- we highly recommend! I ordered kung pao shrimp and I can honestly say it’s the best kung pao I’ve ever had! The vegetables were very fresh, and the sauce was just right. Plenty of shrimp! The vegetable fried rice is also magnificent (we take out mushrooms and add pineapple). My husband ordered egg foo yung and really liked it, too!! This is our new go-to Chinese restaurant!

Got takeout here and it was wonderful. Egg Flower Soup and Hot Sour Soup were both very tasty as was the General Tso’s chicken. The chicken had very large fresh pieces. Will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I moved to Tucson from Chicago, and we missed our familiar Chinese restaurants. Dove M Bistro is a great substitute for us, they serve Chinese-American dishes that are well-prepared and delicious with generous portions. We often go for their “lunch special” which includes entree, choice of soup (hot & sour or egg drop), egg roll and fried rice. The restaurant is very clean and offers a very nice, sit-down dining experience including full bar. We do not hesitate to recommend Dove M Bistro!

I ordered teriyaki chicken to take out. As I was walking out to my car I looked at it and it didn’t look right. Didn’t look like chicken at all. (Looked like squid tentacles) I took it back into the restaurant and asked: “Maybe this is someone else’s order?” The waitress said: “It’s all the same” and she walked away. I was expecting some magic to happen by the time I got home…maybe once I stirred it up it would turn into what I ordered. Turns out that it was some sort of villainous slop…unidentifiable meat floating around in water and oil with a few shreds of vegetables. It was absolutely disgusting. I will, under no circumstances, do business with them again. HORRIBLE. Go anywhere else. Not even worth one star.

Great Chinese restaurant for the neighborhood. Staff is very friendly, and very attentive, drinks never got low, our food came out fast and hot. Flavors we’re amazing, we had the KP chicken and a Mongolian beef dish, hot & sour soup was so good, I’m very particular about the soups the H&S soup I typically only order it at another chain restaurant but this is my new favorite place for the hot and sour soup, hands down my favorite, on rainy days I can take down a whole gallon of it. Their BBQ fried rice was also great, it was a combination fried rice, with bbq, chicken and shrimp.
Very clean, portions are great and very affordable pricing.

I’m being generous on the food rating. Server was congested, audibly hacking up mucus, and coughing all over the dining room and expo window. Greeted my table by coughing directly into my face. I am not exaggerating when I say that. I rarely give bad reviews but, holy cow.

Kinda sad how far downhill this place has gone maybe it was just bad day, we normally never have an issue with the food but for some reason this time everything was insanely greasy and don’t get me wrong I understand this food is supposed to be greasy but dang it was so greasy putting a single noodle in my mouth and it felt like an explosion of just straight oil in my mouth and the sesame chicken tasted extremely off. We ended up feeling sick and having stomach problems in the few days after we had eaten there. Everything tasted off from the pork noodles so soaked in oil it was like eating an oil gusher to the chicken tasting weird. Like I said idk if it was just an off night or if things really have gone down hill but for the price you’re paying and the quality you’re getting now it’s just not worth it.
