I ordered the buffalo chicken cutlet with blue cheese. As you can see it’s literally dry, little no absolutely no sauce. There’s literally a dot of blue cheese. I attached a screenshot of that they are advertising and a picture of what I received. The chicken is clearly breaded frozen too which is whatever. I won’t be retuning. I want my money back.

Grub hub delivery. Their meat is sliced so thin that it almost mushes together and ends up like a piece of spam. A low quality & tasteless sandwich. Italian meats are loaded with taste, but this was nothing remotely close to a real Italian Hoagie. Try Collegeville Bakery, if you want a great authentic Italian hoagie (and for less money)! Never again.

I’m from Philly and ever single primos shop in Philly or close by all make the same good quality sandwiches. However I’ve been in the area for 10+ yrs and the quality is bad at this place an the service is cheeks. I’ll drive to Philly every time for primos, The Sandwich was so skinny I had to count the meat slices (5) go to jerseys mikes ppl. NO STARTS BUT THAYS NOT A OPTION.

My mother came to pick up 2 hoagies. 1
Turkey and 1 roast beef with aged provolone. When she got the order she asked the girl if it had aged provolone. She said no I screwed up, sorry! My mom said he’s not going to be happy. How hard was it to take the regular cheese off and put aged provolone on it like I asked for. I want what I’m paying for period! You need to pay attention to what your doing and make orders right. We are paying for it! So make it right. Thanks!

I called to let them know there was an issue with my order, the witch who answered the phone needs customer service training. Don’t you ever tell a customer ” don’t get attitudy with me” I’m the customer, who drove 30 minutes, chose you over 100 other places and psid $ 38 for 2 sandwiches and to get snark from an unprofessional food servant. I think not. Please dont do business here

Update: Decided to give them another shot, ordered the Mild Italian with LTO and Oil, middle of the afternoon, place was empty. This is what I got: regular Italian, no oil, soggy edges (they don’t place a wrapper between the roll and the wet veggies like they used to), and much less meat than other locations. The Mild Italian is advertised as “Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese, Sweet Capicola & Natural Casing Genoa Salami”, the meat was about 90% of some sort of “ham capicola”, I didn’t see any real capicola on the sandwich. Not worth $12.
Quality went downhill quickly after being under “new ownership”. They now put about half as much meat on their hoagies and a lot of the time the roll is soggy which never happened previously. I’ve ordered several times in the last month and my experience has consistently been disappointing. They weren’t perfect before but the hoagies were a lot better than they are now.

Normally, Primo Hoagies makes a fine sandwich. But, you need to avoid this location at all costs. My wife and I made a simple order, cheesesteak to share and two orders of rice pudding. The sandwich was tiny and was light on meat. It ran $18. We did use the ubereats app which pumps the price a little, but what we got was pathetic. They didn’t include all the toppings we requested. And, the pudding had about a pound of cinnamon on top of it and when you cleared that off it was rancid. I left feedback and the owner “Timmy Milligan” offered us 15% off our next order. Anyone who received feedback like this and then offers what is essentially a small coupon doesn’t have a clue. Order from Giovanni’s or anyone else. Primos is usually a good choice, but this location of Primos is a disgrace to the whole chain.

Great tasting hoagie, but the roll was a bit stale or I would have given it a 5 star.

Ordered on Door Dash a WHOLE cornbeef schwartzie for $32 with extra Russian dressing. It came with literally no dressing or Cole slaw on the sandwich. I then called to speak with the manager shockingly there wasn’t one there to speak to. I told the young girl who answered that this sandwich blew. Probably not the best choice of words but from someone who grew uo in South Philly and went to the Original location many times this particular location in Royersford should be stripped of its branding.
