Listen my husband and I ordered 4 hoagies right before closing. We usually go here and the food is good. John the guy who made our hoagies was by his selfand already making one. This waa right before close around 7:30. When I tell you he was on point,positive engaging and assuring. He told us even if he stays past closing he would complete our order.Not only did he complete them but the whole family absolutely loved the my 67 year old Mother inlaw kept saying how Juicy and tasty her sandwich was. We were blown away we will be back for Quality and service like that.

If you want to know about the atmosphere, don’t even go there. The atmosphere is like a cemetery—no hello, not a smile, and no abnormal attitude. I walked in in a great mood and left feeling like my whole day had been ruined. If you want someone to ruin your mood or cook bad food, then go there.
PS And for the owner, I can say that it is better to keep a more smiling, friendly and kind staff, and not keep people whose faces show that they do not want to work there, and therefore they take it out on customers, so you will never make money and will never have an even profit, because you keep such people, either you pay them too little, or something else happened to them, But they will not make you sales just because of such an attitude towards customers

I ordered a turkey hoagie with mayo, pickle and onion. I sat down and waited for 10 minutes. At the 10 minute mark I asked how my sandwich was coming, it’s been 10 minutes. She said yeah, we are busy, very snotty. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE had come in in the 27 minutes Ive been here other than. Another 5 minutes passes by and my sandwich comes out and the bread is so stale that it’s falling apart in rock hard pieces. The younger guy who was working was very nice and apologized. I feel bad for him as she continues to berate him behind the counter, so loud that I can hear it, saying “focus, focus, focus”. I will say too, I come here often and EVERYONE else is more than friendly. It’s sad that one person can ruin and experience.

This is the 2nd time I have been to this location. The staff is pretty nice, but they make sandwiches horribly. I had a veggie that was awful and then a chicken cutlet sandwich that was DISGUSTING. It really sucks because it’s not cheap and this is the closet location to me.

Cannot believe how overpriced these sandwiches are. I’ve eaten here a few times, and each time somehow I forget how small and insufficient the small sized sandwiches are for the price. Food is good, but I can’t by the only one that realizes that there are 10 other sub shops in the area that provide better value and equal quality. Gotta lower the prices.

Its a good location for food. The Turkey Diablo primo was very good with nice soft bread and the meatball hoagie had nice and crunchy bread. The service was bit slow and staff didn’t know who ordered what when the orders were finally done.. But otherwise the food was good.

I come to place so much i love how delicious the hoagies are especially when the guy with the tattoos and the young girl with the highlights are there! they always make it exactly how i like them!! they are delights and super sweet i always recommend this location compared to the others where the service isn’t as great.

Id go elsewhere. This Primos is horrible.
This sandwich usually is loaded with pepper shooters and there are only 2.. i asked for lettuce and tomato and they arent there at all.
We have gone to this Primos a few times before but last time they messed up my order, thought it was a fluke, obviously not.

I’m a big Primo fan & have been to at least 10 different locations, and have avoided certain ones due to them being bad
This is a very well run store over here, very clean and the employees and manager have all been friendly & attentive. Turkey hoagie always hits, abruzzi cutlet sandwich is also up there in the favorites. This location’s bread is always fresh too, and as we all know Primo’s bread is top tier
Too many chains get unnecessary 1star reviews & I had another positive experience @ this store again today and just wanted to make sure I showed some love
