I recently picked up an Italian diablo and it was fantastic. The seeded roll was crusty on the outside, soft on the inside and loaded with fresh meat and sharp provolone. The service was quick and friendly, and the place was spotless.

Been coming here for a while now – everything’s always top-notch. You can taste the quality in every bite, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. Love supporting a place that cares about its customers! Must try their turkey diablo.

This Location has to be the worst primo’s in the state. So when you buy a gift card for someone, they give you a Bonus Card for you to use. No one in the store knows how to use them.(2nd year in a row this happened btw) They’re calling people, pulling out tablets all to no avail. Finally a “manager” was called in from the neighborhood to handle it. In total I must of sat there 25 minutes for them to figure it out while my hot sandwich got cold. Didn’t even offer a free bag of chips or salad for the trouble. $55 for 3 sandwiches, it’s not worth the trouble anymore. Pick a local deli or pizza place instead.

Stopped in for lunch, the sesame seed roll was perfect, plenty of meat, fresh veggies. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely will be going back!

Literally the best hoagies in the area. I’ve been eating here for years and I will never stop because it’s so good.

This is the best PrimoHoagies location around and I have tried several. I live 1 block away from the Welsh Road location in NE Philly but think the 20 minute ride to the Feasterville location is well worth it.

Have gone here many times for many years and loved the hoagies. We actually get them packaged to bring home to Massachusetts. Went yesterday and it seems like the franchise has changed hands.
Got home and practically no meat on our sandwiches. Would not recommend the trevose location.

I would always rate this location with 5 stars. However my latest experience was not good at all. I don’t know if there were trainees working that day but the hoagies were not up to their normal standards. The meat was cut thick and it seemed as if it was just thrown on the roll. So very disappointed. Was this just a day with inexperienced people or will this be your normal now?

At these price points, Primo is dangerously lacking in quality. You do not get what you pay for. Received a $14 Bada Boom with burned chicken cutlet and barely there provolone. To boot, the macaroni salad was packed 6 days ago with a sell by date that spans 15 days post packaging. Fresh ingredients, as Primo advertises? Certainly not.

Worse sandwich ever. Hardly any meat on the sandwiches but if you like bread lettuce and tomato then go for it. No way these folks are keeping up with the Primos standards, corporate should re-voke this franchise! Terrible!
