Im telling you this place is outstanding!! I had lived in Philly and been to Pats and Geno’s in South Philly among many others. Alfredo’s, Claudio’s, Jersey Mike’s, Erma Deli and so on. This place is so good, that I challenge anyone to try it and if you don’t think they have the Best Cheese Steaks you have ever had, I will pay for yours. Whoever owns this place has a gold mine. They should give samples at places like Walmart, ShopRite, etc and their business will boom. Hands down the best food I’ve ever had from a sandwich shop. Heck, from anywhere. The girl at the counter , Clara was so nice. I went in there 15 minutes before closing and they turned the oven and grill on to make what I ordered. Then I told her to wave at me in the truck parked right out front when it was ready and I would come in and get it , then all the sudden, here she comes running out with my order. Incredible place and the only one I will go to for sandwiches ever again!! Great food, service and atmosphere!

Rosa and Silvia were amazing on January 30, 2026 We came in right as they were closing and they happily assisted. Food was great and even explained the menu and recommended certain options. Best location, will be coming back

Disappointed. Needed to run an errand and thought I would treat myself to a Primo hoagie as i don’t often do and was looking forward to it. Okay I asked for pickles and they forgot them, mistakes happen. And when I opened the sandwich it was very poorly made. I cut it in half and the one half was literally bread to bread there was hardly anything on it. I ordered a Diablo and I don’t think there was any diablo spice on it. I also asked for mayo and only one side of the ‘bread had mayo, maybe that’s how they do it but doesn’t make for a tasty sandwich especially when you’re getting all bread. Usually Primo Hoagies are overstuffed because the Primo bread is so thick. Not sure if they’re just trying to cut corners and not worth the price and certainly wasn’t a treat. Not the primos I’m used to.

Order through doordash all the time and never had an issue until now 10/14/25! The dasher never delivered my order to my home! Neither the store or doordash can do anything about this! My family and I walk or bus so that’s what I will be doing from now on to get my orders even in bad weather!

I’m not going to either place anymore.

Update: The little link I was giving never did anything! Still no refund since I posted this! Still not going back!

Ordered the Italian sharp (Whole) total came to 33.00 + with a 3 dollar tip. Use to go here all the time. Haven’t been here in 2 years. Just returned this weekend. Bread was OK. Hardly any meat on this sandwich. You could see thru the individual pieces of meat when I took it off the sandwich to check if there was anything on it. Asked for oil and vinegar, sweet peppers and extra oil and vinegar. None present. I had more shredded lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich then anything. I am extremely disappointed and will be advising the campground friends about this place. I will not be back. I get prices have increased but let’s be real. Put some meat on the sandwich. Tasted like a salad sandwich. HORRIBLE

This is my third visit in past few months where the order has been screwed up. This is the final straw. I attempted online ordering to avoid any confusion. I ordered a pizza steak that the menu states comes with fresh mozzarella. I opted for the extra cheese surcharge. This is what I got… five miniature mozzarella pieces on a primo sized sandwich. This is the most disappointing pizza steak I have ever ate.

This place was a mess for several years, so I was happy to hear there were new owners. That didn’t last long. Ordered two hoagies in person about an hour ago and watched them being made. When she handed me my bag I said I didn’t see you put tomatoes on my sandwich. She said she did. I said you didn’t because I was watching you. Again she said they were on there. I went out to the car and unwrapped it and sure enough no tomatoes. I took it back inside and the lady looked at me and went into the back room. The lady that finally put the tomatoes on said here you go. No sorry about that or anything. Looks like it’s back to business as usual for this place. Save yourself some grief and drive the extra 15 minutes to the Primos in Wildwood!

This is the 3rd time my order was gross it use to be good not anymore tired of paying a small fortune and not getting what I ordered no fried onions and where’s the meat and cheese if I wanted a salad for dinner I would have ordered it 2 sandwich’s and 50 bucks later plus the staff is always rude
