Ordered in person 2 hoagies for take out. Waited a while for basic order and had numerous people come in after us and ordered and received their orders. Had to ask a couple times when our order would be ready. Was told they were still working on it. It wasn’t a special order so should not have taken that long. Will not come back to this location .

This location doesn’t even offer the full menu. Can’t even get a cheesesteak.

I enjoy their subs, meat is sliced super thin which is nice. I had a turkey sub. I didn’t get the bread type I requested, but I didn’t really care about it. My partner didn’t like his Italian sub. His bread was hard and it just smashed all the ingredients out, making it very messy and hard to eat.

Food is good but pricey. Join their email loyalty program and $2 off Wednesdays. Some offer hot food but not every franchise has a grill. Call first.

I remembered primos being one of the best sandwiches in town. Not anymore. Primo size was much smaller than I remember and it seemed as though there was half of the meat inside than usual. Certainly not worth $10. Portions seem to have gotten smaller and price seems to increase. There are much better sandwich shops in the area that are cheaper and you get a a bigger sandwich. I am still hungry after eating this. Sorry primos, I will not be returning.

Had a Turkey swartzie for lunch. It was fresh tasty. No issues taste or food wise. Issue is there was not enough turkey or cheese on the sandwich. Majority of sandwich was roll, russian dressing and cole slaw. Maybe they weigh their meat+ cheeses??…But there wasnt enough turkey or cheese on the sandwich. 11$ for sandwich i dont mind paying for good food but c’mon put the meat cheese ect on the sandwich.
