If you’re looking to get into the holiday spirit, you have to try The Primo Pilgrim at PrimoHoagies! It’s stacked with Thumann’s turkey, mayo, cranberry sauce, and stuffing basically Thanksgiving in a sandwich. The bread is unreal always freshly baked and packed with the best ingredients. There are so many types of hoagies to choose from, and you can’t go wrong with any of them.

The owner and staff are relatively friendly. The business does not seem to get much incoming traffic. They do have regulars, which is good. Their menu is a fairly decent size and selection. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very clean! They offer a variety of bottled beverages, sides, chips, and a small selection of desserts. My dad and I ordered the 24-inch Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, which was chicken with buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese sauce. The buffalo sauce had a kick, although it was not too spicy. The blue cheese sauce was creamy and shockingly tasty. This especially surprised me since I do not like blue cheese, and I enjoyed theirs. The owner was nice enough to offer lettuce, tomato, and onion. We opted out since my dad does not eat any of those. Otherwise, I would have added them. I was also unsure if they would have put them on only half the sandwich. The size we ordered was the largest of the three sandwich sizes. The three sizes are Small, Primo, and Whole. The sandwich was considerably delightful. The bread was warm, fresh, and toasted. The chicken seemed to be grilled white meat; particularly, I believe it was breast meat. In fact they even put a great portion of chicken within the sandwich. The buffalo sauce was not too spicy, just a little kick and pretty tolerable. My dad felt the drink he had with his half-help relieved the spice and felt the drink was needed to help eat the sandwich to avoid any spice. The blue cheese was creamy and really tasty, as previously mentioned. The prepacked dessert(the killer brownie company “flavor kitchen sink”)was definitely not the highlight of this place. I felt it was slightly soft and crunchy. Just particularly unappetizing, and I would not get it again. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable and pleasant. It was nice to try a new place while exploring a new area!

I can’t say enough good things about Primo Hoagies! The sandwiches are always fresh, generously filled, and packed with flavor. The rolls are perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside you can tell they use quality ingredients. My go-to is the ham salami and provolone but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
The staff is friendly, quick, and always gets the order right, even when it’s busy. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or catering for a crowd, Primo Hoagies never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I ordered a 6″ Philly cheese steak cost almost $12.00. Sandwich was very small and I was still hungry after finishing so I went to Acme for more food. Taste, service, atmosphere all ok

Don’t be fooled with their ad photos, there is almost NO meat on their sandwich 🙁 Usually Primo Hoagies are famous with an amount of meat and stuff they put into their sandwich but I guess the one in Allendale is not. They are selling a sandwich around $15 with almost no meat inside, basically eating only a foot long bread (((
Even they charge if you ask little more dressing to their sandwich, it was my last time there when I asked little more dressing on my sandwich and they charged me a $1 without asking me, when I asked them I don’t want extra then they didn’t put any dressing on my sandwich !!
Check the photos of my sandwich and you guys decide… Go somewhere else to eat better sandwich with some meat inside or even get a bagel cream cheese much better than their sandwich…

Food is ok, service is confusing, according to the website I am 2 miles away, and the store won’t deliver, but had to use a 3rd party, to get food delivered, according to Google by car 10 minutes away, what is considered close by then, a one minute drive? Not worth going to this place, which ask side of mayo and I got 1 packet which I paid for food 25 dollars!!

I don’t know if it’s just me, but one time I got a primo sized buffalo chicken cheesesteak here for dine in. I’ve had this same sandwich to go and it seems like if you order to go the portion is bigger. For $16 the portions should be the same not however you like

The food is very good-fresh ingredients, nice crispy bread and the employees are nice and polite. One thing though, they always screw up my order. Without exception. Meatball and cheese came with no cheese, or forgetting lettuce and tomato.

Went there for the first time. Cheese steak was obviously not grilled. Appeared to be microwaved. Meat was pale with no grill taste at all. Cheese was not completely melted and was even cold in some places. Same with steak: not consistently hot throughout sandwich. More reason to think microwave. No ice available and soda in cooler was not cold. May have been recently restocked. Place is kept clean, though.
