The food use to be really good but it went completely downhill. The chicken is extremely small and does not taste good at all and you can’t even smell it! You wouldn’t even know if someone is eating chicken. I made the mistake of ordering the food through Uber Eats nearly $49 dollars down the drain. Never ever again will you make anymore money from me I gave to many chances hoping that there would be some type of improvement. Don’t waste your money here be warned!

I just thought I would leave a message in the comments about this establishment I used to work down the road 15 years ago from this place and we used to co-workers and I visit and dine in or carry out and it was always delicious back then 15 years ago now here it is 15 years later and it’s still delicious so although it’s been through four different owners I believe the nice young lady told me is still the quality of the food at least to me is very good so I highly recommend eating here.
I just left out of prime wings I’ll order the 10 piece wings mild extra crispy with lemon pepper sprinkle wet and I ordered a side of okra the wings were just as ordered.
The new owners up there have had the place for a year the young lady up there that is the owner his name Anna she is very nice and customer and professional oriented I highly recommend eating here as I dine in typically when I come to this location there’s not many Wing facilities around that I’m familiar with that can do the wings quite like I like them and prime wings always manages to pull this off so tell Anna she didn’t find job.

All I’m going to say is get the Lemon Pepper (Wet). Insane flavor. Best wings I’ve ever had, the service was great; They were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m coming back any time I can.

I’m so glad they are here in Lilburn. I’ve been a Prime Wings patron since 2008 at the Norcoss location. The medium sauce is soo good! Nothing like a medium wing sauce you’ve had before. The service is always great.

I got wings today from them and asked for crispy and they were burnt so bad. I couldn’t even chew them. The young lady contacted her manager and called me back saying I needed to bring the wings back if I want a refund. I’m sick and couldn’t go back because I had someone bring them to me. I shouldn’t have to being that I already text her photos as requested. When I said this she hung up on me. These people are so money hungry they couldn’t refund $20. I called the health dept and reported them. Who asks to bring burnt food back because they’re so afraid somebody ate burnt food especially knowing someone is sick. Why would you invite germs into your restaurant? I’ll go to American deli that is close by instead from now on as their food is good and they are polite. This was so poorly handled. Not even an apology. The staff was so rude.

I stopped in recently to try some chicken fingers and fries. The food was ok. The prices are very reasonable. Cleanliness is why they get four stars. Their drink and ice machines are not maintained well, and I think they need cleaning and repair. I would go there again, but for food only.

I like to try these local wing spots, but this one is below average. The staff was very welcoming and service was great!, but food was sub par. Wings are crispy and well sauced, but very small. The burger looked appetizing but did not taste as good as it looked. The fries were very undercooked. The fried mushrooms were cold on the inside but were tasty when I finished cooking them in the air fryer. The egg rolls and spring rolls were good and the bright spot was top tier mozzarella sticks.
I was curious about the rib tips and fish and the food wasn’t bad enough that I wouldn’t go back to try them.
Definitely a little disappointing but I may have ordered wrong.
