From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were attentive and friendly.
The steak was juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented.

Enjoyed our brunch today, we were surprised that it was not busy at all. It was great to be able to park and get validation (it can be a chore around there!) Our food was yummy, the service was good too.

First time here and had the happy hour Prime Rib for two. I can’t recommend it, as overall it was just alright. I left “satisfied” and full, but the individual dishes were just not spectacular. The star of the show for the prime rib was actually the fries for me. Oddly crispy and satisfying. The prime rib was just okay, but I won’t be coming back for it. I didn’t hate it, just not recommended.

I dined here twice in the same week and the service and food quality was consistent both times. NY Strip first, then Tomahawk Ribeye the second visit, both cooked perfectly to my liking (medium). I didn’t care for the herb butter, as it was too potent (herby) which distracted from the flavor of the beef. The steak bites were not quite what I expected, but the broth was seasoned well and homemade taro chips were really good. Asparagus was cooked nicely, still crisp like it should be. Spiced carrots were also great, just the right amount of spiced flavor and crunchiness. Mango sorbet was just the right portion and had powerful mango flavor. Definitely my favorite restaurant in the area.

Great selection of steak options and excellent service. I tried the Wagyu Steak and Frites. The only problem was that I ordered medium rare and it was cooked medium (no pink). The server took it back to the kitchen and had them cook another. It turned out better the second time around, but the other people eating with me had to wait. You would think that a nice cut of meat like Wagyu, the kitchen would be more careful not to overcook it.

My Husband and I wanted to go somewhere nice to celebrate our six month wedding anniversary, so we looked online and found Prime Steakhouse.
Let me tell you, the food and service is amazing here!! Julie was our server and she was very friendly and a great server. She kept checking on us and letting us know when our food would be ready. The food was incredible, literally a 10/10! There isn’t anything I would change about our experience. If you are looking for great food and great service, this place is perfect!

The steak really speaks for itself here. Wonderful meat quality. I’ve had better bone marrow in other places like Jak’s Grill- the bone marrow here was just okay. The steak was superb. Soft, cooked excellently, and paired with wonderfully creamy and flavorful garlic mashed potatoes. My date’s favorite bite was the key lime pie.

It was my first time here. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the food took a little bit too long to come out. I think appetizers came out 20-25 mins later and entrees came out about 10-15 mins after the appetizers. I had the salmon sandwich. I think I will try and come back to try something different when I am not hungry or in a hurry to eat and leave.
