The guy who took our order was so rude. And then we get home and my daughter ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal. The burger was to have no cheese. We received this burger in the picture instead. Completely plain. And then on top of it we received soggy and almost like not fully cooked fries. It was too late and we had to be home so I couldn’t turn back. It was poor customer service, poor food. Overall poor experience.

I visited this Jack in the Box intending to order a burger. When I entered, the staff was ready to take my order, but I needed a brief moment to decide. After making my decision, I waited at the counter for approximately five minutes on what appeared to be a slow day.
During this time, the employees were engaged in a conversation in Spanish, which I have no issue with; staff should feel free to speak any language they choose. However, once I was ready to order, I made eye contact and attempted to signal my readiness. One of the younger employees even indicated to the other who was talking to them that I was ready, but the conversation continued without acknowledgment. I also tried lightly knocking on the counter and raising my hand to signal that I was prepared to order, but I did not receive a response.
As I did not want to wait until the conversation concluded, I ultimately decided to leave and go to a nearby McDonald’s, where I was able to place my order in roughly the same amount of time. This incident occurred several months ago. I am open to giving this location another try in the future, though not immediately following this review.
Furthermore this location at that time looked slightly run down.

Giving credit where credit is due, whoever works in the morning does a great job. We have never had a messed up breakfast order from this location, but the night crew is a whole other story. Both times my partner and I have gone through the drive thru we have ordered the same thing, and both times they were messed up in mostly the same way. My burger never has any cheese despite asking for a burger that HAS CHEESE on it, and the onions and tomatoes that get taken off of my burger, and some lettuce seem to end up on his that doesn’t have any vegetables. This time around the bacon Swiss burger didn’t even have bacon. How on EARTH can you be so incompetent that you don’t put the key ingredient of a burger, the ingredient that is IN THE NAME OF THE BURGER, between two buns and a meat patty? I know the hiring options in Everett aren’t great due to the nature of the type of people that live here, but maybe someone who can read the monitor that the orders are displayed on (receipt had the correct order), would be a good start.

Worst Jack in the box ever first off for some stupid reason the number on the receipt is not the number for their store it’s the number for the Lynnwood Jack in the box and upon calling the Lynnwood one they don’t understand why they have their number on their receipts and then finding the number for the Everett avenue location online I then called it and they don’t understand why they don’t have their number on their receipts but a different store also you can’t get your food right because they don’t understand English or something cuz for the love of God they can always get my order wrong

Drive up order. The value menu offers reasonably priced and very good burgers, sandwiches, sides, etc. A larger burger and sandwich is also still at a decent price. They are competitive to other fast food chains. These are good for bigger appetites.

I got a Jumbo Jack no maya plus mustard. The sandwich was Horrible the meat wasn’t hot or warm to taste. Mustard coming out of the sandwich on the paper. To much Lettuce.

Extremely upset last time I was here they didn’t give me all my order and I called and spoke to the manager and he took my name and I explained I probably wouldn’t be there to get it for awhile and he said that it was ok because my name was on the list? So I go by today and my name isn’t on the list and I am not happy at all I don’t appreciate being lied to and I really don’t appreciate wasting my time!!!! When you order out and your driving and trying to get home and everything is so extremey expensive these day’s especially when you get all the way home and not everything you pay for is there it’s wrong and whats more frustrating is when you speak to the manager and tell them you don’t live in the area so it will be awhile until you get there again and he assures you your names on the list and you stop by for them to make it right for nothing it’s even more frustrating I will be calling corporate which I didn’t want to do but it’s only fair!!!!! I don’t eat out much anymore anyway because of how expensive it is but now I really won’t be!!!!

I used to live in California so for me there’s nothing like a good old fashioned Jack in the box where you can get a pineapple or a lime soda and you can enjoy the customer service all at the same time very cool place
