I was recently invited to Prime Steak & Raw Bar for a work event, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, the service was absolutely top-notch. The entire team was attentive, professional, and made our entire group feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The food was outstanding. We enjoyed the Chef’s Signature Experience, which was such a fantastic way to explore the variety and creativity of the menu. Each course was beautifully presented and full of incredible flavor. Every single person in our group loved their meal, which says a lot!
If you ever get the chance to dine here, I highly recommend it. Whether it’s for a special occasion, a work event, or simply a great night out, this is an experience you won’t regret. I can’t wait to go back!

We were so excited to come to prime because we had heard such good things, and the experience we had was extraordinary!!
From the moment we walked in we were welcomed, and lefty provided us exceptional service. He was able to provide us reccomendations and they were spot on.
We indulged in appetizers based off his reccomendations which I was trying outside of my comfort zone and I’m glad I did.
The steaks we had for our mains were cooked to perfection, melt in your mouth perfect. The best steak I’ve easily ever had.
From start to finish, this experience was outstanding and I’m so so pleased we made the trip from Niagara to come here, we will be back and recommending this to everyone!!!

Had a night out with my wife here and let me tell you, what an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in , our server Lefty took care of us and made us feel very comfortable. All of his recommendations were spot on from the starters that I normally wouldn’t dare to try to melt in your mouth steak. Everything was exceptional. I would recommend anyone to come here and try it. I know we will definitely be back !!

Had the most incredible time for a work dinner (we are construction managers). Our waiter, Lefty, handled the group with grace and a phenomenal humour! The recommendations throughout the night were spot on, and he had incredible knowledge of the menu. We highly recommend this spot for a date night, work event, or night out with friends!

Dinner at Prime Steak and Raw Bar was nothing short of outstanding. I started with two different types of oysters, each incredibly fresh, clean, and perfectly presented. An ideal way to kick off the evening.
For the main, I had the grass-fed strip loin with broccolini, and it was cooked exactly to perfection. The flavor was rich, balanced, and indulgent without being heavy. Being able to season it myself with their house spices and Australian salt took it to another level … my taste buds were genuinely dancing.
I chose to eat at the bar as I was by myself and Jasmine delivered some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. Attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and effortlessly professional; she elevated the entire meal.
From food to service to atmosphere, Prime Steak and Raw Bar absolutely nailed it. 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be back again very soon.

My boyfriend and I had reservations last night at The Prime Steakhouse to celebrate his birthday. Our server Carlee was super attentive, personable and shared some great recommendations from the menu. We shared the shrimp cocktail, it had 5 huge shrimp and amazing cocktail sauce. My boyfriend had the ribeye, as Carlee recommended. It was cooked exactly how he asked, super tender, full of flavour and juicy. The side caesar salad was delicious!! Their Caesar dressing is lemony and unique. We really enjoyed it. I had the fettuccine bolognese and it was delicious. So much food! We left full.
We have recommended to friends and family and we will definitely be back.

Unbelievable service from Lefty. From the moment we sat down, he completely made the evening. Attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, and knew the menu inside and out. His recommendation to try the coleslaw was spot on, it ended up being one of those unexpected highlights you remember after the meal.
The food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sushi was fresh and well done, and everything came out exactly as it should. I don’t know if this is a hidden gem, but Prime is a must visit. We found it walking the welcoming streets of Downtown Burlington, Ontario. The atmosphere was modern, quaint, and upscale. The food was great! The Beef Wellington was amazing…as well as the smoked Old Fashioned…spot on! Let me not forget to mention that our server Lefty was very attentive to our dining needs. You rock bro! His personality and professionalism shined each time he returned to our table. So, if my husband and I find ourselves in the Toronto (Burlington) area in the future, Prime will see us again!
